Chapter 5 - Beginning of the end - pt.1

The enemy started to fly away to space, retreating to mars where their base is located, we recieved an order to follow them and end this once and for all. Suddenly all of S.C.U's ships followed and all fighter spacecrafts joined soon. The three "titan" class ships, Zeus, Poseidon, and Hades have a super weapon attached to each one. The Director ordered the captain of Poseidon and Hades to fire their super weapons, Zeus fired first with the "F-SPAR", a weapon that shoots a beam of amplified plasma. Then Poseidon followed firing the "SPARTAN-SA3", a weapon that shoots a massive wave of missile barage. Then lastly, Hades fired the most powerfull experimental weapon the "BALLISTA-A3", a super powerfull railgun that shoots projectiles that breaks the sound barrier. After that the remaining ships open fired thus slowing and destroying enemy ships. The M.L.F fighters are also being reduced. Then the director made a plan. The plan was to use Zeus' weapons to destroy the enemy shipyard. Zeus plungged forward with every ship covering fire, but then the culprit joined the fight. M.L.F's crowning jewel, their biggest ship, the one that attacked S.C.U tower. Their dreadnought ship Jupiter joined. That ship was atached with two bombardment cannon, and it fired. At. Our. Fleet. Destroying Poseidon, Hades, all of the carrier's, gunships, and 99% of the destroyers, and severily damaging Zeus. Zeus' engine and thrusters died and mars' gravity started pulling the ship down. When the cannons we're also fired every anti-air guns fired at our ships. I remembered myself shocked in horror as a single M.L.F ship was able to destory 98% of our fleet, because we didn't come prepared for that ship coming. My delta 7 went in flames while i go down crashing into the martian landscape. Life support has cut of from my cockpit and im running low on oxygen, so i grabed my helmet and bust out the cockpit because it was also hot in there. As i got out of my cockpit i looked up as i see "Zeus" crash land to the martian surface. I walked 10 yards more 'till i find a crash site with soldiers trying to heal others, in the ruble i saw John helping Adam because he was stuck under a metal plating. John asked me to help him remove the ruble, when we lifted that thing up we saw it impaled him in the chest, john asked me to apply pressure to his chest to stop the bleeding while he find a med-kit. 1 minutes and 30 seconds have passed and John returned to me with nothing, he said he coudn't find one, Adam muttered his final words and said goodbye to us. We walked to the crash site and saw the Director making a plan, a plan to destroy the ship yard, we know that the enemy dreadnought will come, we will use Zeus' weapons specially the F-SPAR to destroy it. He said to us "there is no turning back. For this will put an end to them once and for all" i grabbed my guns and saw some enginers finshing up some prototype "Delta-11" robot troops to maximize our fire power. We are now finishing this war right here. Right NOW!
