You felt your face heat up from the sudden hug, you didn't expect her to warm up to you so quickly. But the hug was something you hadn't felt in a while, it was warm, welcoming, and somewhat trusting. It felt so nice that you found yourself getting wrapped up in it yourself as you put your arms around her. She held you so lovingly and so carefully that you couldn't help but melt into her arms.

A tingly feeling crawled up your spine and through the rest of  your body as your head rested on her chest. You questioned your sanity as you began to feel something strange for this sad pink clown, "I couldn't be-" you thought, "we just met!" But the butterflies in your stomach betrayed you as she pulled away and gave a soft smile that made your heart flutter.
You stared into her beautiful deep magenta eyes, feeling your heart beat faster while her long arms coiled softly around you as she seemed to get lost in your own.

You felt her arms pull you closer as she leaned forward, her lips parting as they got closer to yours. You felt your breath get caught in your throat as you realized what was happening. Someone was actually showing interest in you, acknowledging your existence and falling in love with you.

You never kissed anyone before, especially not a gem. You've never even imagined yourself being able to kiss an alien, let alone someone half as mesmerizing as her. You almost lost your nerve and considered backing away, but the pure blissful look on her face as she leaned closer and lured you in, drawing you closer preparing to receive your first kiss, closing your eyes and leaning in, awaiting the gentle touch of her soft lips against yours.

Her cool breath brushed up against your face as you could feel her lips begin to graze yours and her gem starting to push up against your chest. Just as your lips were about to connect, the moment was bitterly interrupted by the distant sound of police sirens. You quickly jerked up startled and looked into the direction of the sirens. Of course, someone called the police, Great. She noticed your sudden shift in movement and opened her eyes and gave you a questioning but hurt filled look.

You panicked and turned back to her, she obviously didn't understand what those sounds meant. "You need to get out of here quickly!" you told her, she looked at you confused as her arms dropped "w-what? Why? D-did I do something wrong? She squeaked, her voice trembling in fear and in threat of more tears. You wanted to explain to her why she had to leave, but there was no time. You stood up and picked up one of her long arms from the ground "w-well, no- I'll explain later! Just follow me!" you said trying to encourage her to move.

"I-it's because I'm hideous isn't it!" She cried. Your eyes widened as in shock at what she said, she caught you completely off guard and you didn't know what to say. "ITS THE BLACK MARKS RIGHT?" You panicked as you heard the sirens grow closer, you weren't sure what to do. She wasn't budging but you couldn't just leave her here like this, it would make everything so much worse, and you didn't want her to wind up in jail.

She retracted her arms and pulled them away from you, and her eyes began to water. "OR MAYBE-" "Fuck it" you thought as you leaned down, if she was going to know you loved her she was going to know now. You grabbed her by the chin to lift her face towards yours and pressed your lips against hers. You felt her freeze and tense up from surprise, but relax as she gave into the kiss. You couldn't help but notice how soft her lips were, they felt so heavenly against yours, you could have probably stayed like that forever, but the sirens snapped you back to reality as you pulled away.
