"mei are you really sure you don't want us to stay?"
"yes mom i'm sure i'm able to move into my dorm room by myself"
"okay but don't forget that i put your favorite blanket into a zip bag so it wouldn't get dirty"
"yes mom"
"and.. and don't forget that i put your favorite snacks into a slightly smaller box okay? it's on your new bed"
i sighed a little and looked at my dad who understood immediately and gave me a small nod before putting a hand on my moms shoulder.
"come on let's go. you already gave her thousand instructions already" he said and chuckled. "it's not like she lives in another country. she's just on the other side of city"
"i know.." my mom gave us a small sigh. "that's why i don't understand why yukhei and her don't live at home"
"mothER THEY ALREADY TOLD YOU A HUNDRED TIMES" chenle exclaimed loudly. "THEY DONT WANT TO WAKE UP AT 3 IN THE MORNING TO GET READY AND THEN DRIVE HOURS TO COLLEGE"
"WHY ARE YOU YELLING AT YOUR MOTHER" jisung asked. he came to drop me off at college as well and then visit the other 00 liners too real quick.
jisung and chenle knew that they only had each other right now, which made them grow an even stronger bond than before. over the whole summer jisung was practically living with us and he was literally my second younger brother. even my parents got used to him being around us all the time, which definitely wasn't a problem for them, especially not for my mom since two of her three children were not living at home anymore.
"we should get going now" my dad said and my mom started pouting before pulling me into a big hug.
"i'm going to miss you so much" she said and started caressing my hair. "don't cause any problems okay?"
i just nodded and she pulled away from me and gave me a small smile. my dad hugged me too and when i turned to chenji, the both of them were already pouting.
"why do you two look like that" i asked and they started (fake) crying before hugging me.
"WE'RE GONNA MISS YOU" they said and started fake crying even louder and i just patted their backs.
"we all know you guys are going to be back here every week tho" i whispered and they just shushed me.
finally after bidding our last byes, they all left my new dorm and i closed the door before sighing loudly.
i looked through my new room and started smirking widely.
"FINALLY" i exclaimed and started unpacking my things.
first i put all my clothes into the closet and then slid my empty suitcase under my bed. then i started putting my laptop, tablet, notebooks and other school stuff on my desk and decorated my side of the room. i wanted to keep it as comfortable as possible which is why i put additional pillows on my bed after putting new sheets on.
