i raised an eyebrow and looked at the man in front of me. he was wearing glasses, an expensive looking suit and had his arms crossed.
" do you know what kind of institution this is?" he asked again and gave me a stern look but me being me looked right back at him, still not answering any of his questions.
"do you even know WHERE you are?" he was visibly getting impatient with me since i still did nothing but look at him with annoyance written all over my face. the man sighed deeply and stood up from his seat and walked over to the door before opening it and letting my parents back into the room.
"well mr. and mrs. zhong, she didn't talk at all" he said and shook his head while my parents sat down on the opposite side of me. they both looked at me with furrowed eyebrows while the man got back into his chair behind the big wooden desk.
"i'm sorry mr. zhao" my mother apologized before giving me a winning look. "i think you've seen enough right?"
i looked back at her all confused.
"enough to know that she'll probably need more than just a year" mr. zhao said and started writing something down.
"and you are sure that this will definitely help right?" my father asked this time.
"most definitely! our boarding school has regular school classes of course but our main focuses are self control, behaving and anti violence"
"this is a fucking what now?" i asked loudly which made mr. zhao lower his pen.
"a boarding school where we definitely don't tolerate words like that" he said and gave me a warning look. i looked over at my parents and scoffed.
"so you two are ready to give your own daughter up to some weird shit like this?"
"if you don't listen to us, we have to make you listen" my mom casually said and shrugged. "and it's better that you're here rather than ending up in jail cell right?"

"for fucks sake" i cussed as i tripped over a random shirt laying around in my new room. i picked the shirt up and threw it across the room. "fucking learn how to pick your shit up"
"oh sorry dear!" my nEw rOoMmAtE said and smiled at me. "don't worry i won't stay long!"
"what do you mean?" i asked her and she started smiling even wider.
"i ended my one year in this school!"
"so this school actually changed your personality?"
the girl in front of me suddenly let her face fall.
"fuck no" she said and threw herself on the bed. "you just gotta finesse the system"
"how?" i asked and saw her sit back up on the bed while smirking at me.
"you gotta ACT like all of this worked or else you won't even leave until you graduate"
i scoffed at her response.
"who fucking lied to you" i said before laughing at her and leaving the room since i had classes.
i looked down at the schedule in my hands and saw that my first class was algebra.
"i think the fuck not" i said and turned around on my heel and made my way down the stairs and right out of the building. i saw all the students walking around perfectly dressed in their uniforms with wide smiles on their faces. they respectfully bowed to every teacher they encountered before walking off to wherever they were headed to.
"bro can you like fucking move" someone behind me called out and i turned around only to see a boy my age standing there.
"just walk around me" i said and gave him a look.
"but i don't want to walk around you"
"cry me a fucking river then" i said and he furrowed his eyebrows.
"i said move"
"and i said walk around me"
"if you don't move i'll-" he started but got cut off by a teacher calling our names.
"ZHONG MEI, HUANG RENJUN. ALGEBRA CLASS. NOW."
i scoffed at him.
"great because of you i couldn't ditch"
"how is that my fault? all you did was stand in the middle of the way" he said and shook his head. "dumbass" he added and walked past me while making sure to bump into me.

i just came to the conclusion that since this book is ending soon, i should show you some insights on what the boarding school life was like 😳
and tbh idk whats going on but i just kinda feel not so motivated to keep writing this book idek why lmao
