Woah...I see somebody woke up oh the wrong side of the bed
"Hmm...lemme get this straight. You got me this nice room, fully airconditioned, and a large bed to wake up with you already on my ass at such an early morning? Are you shitting with me?", I boringly say cause seriously, he needs to calm his ass down especially in the mornings.
"Haha funny. Now be ready in 10, it's your first day! Be downstairs after you're ready.", My father says to me. I don't get why he's so happy about me going to school and I just wanna slap that smile oof of his face.
"Dad, just stop your mouth from moving! And I'll be ready okay?"
I went to the bathroom and ready myself for school.
"And consider yourself lucky because you get to see this handsome face!", My father shouts to me as I brush my teeth.
"Seriously? Too early for jokes Dad, don't you think?", I say as I close the door and take a bath.
Hey beyotch! Jace here, Jace Andersen. I'm a sophomore and I'm a transferee. We just moved here in good ol' Ohio. And as you can see, I'm not excited for school. Cause who would be? My dad.
Now, what to wear? Well it's my first day but I don't really want to attract attention so I just settled with a grey V-neck, white ripped skinny jeans and lastly my black Vans. Damn, I still look handsome. Weird. I sound like my dad.
Oh well, I'm almost late by the way. So I went downstairs and grabbed a slice of bread. I got my bag and said goodbye to my parents. I went out and rode my bike. Yeah, see my parents told me that if I want a car, I have to earn for it. Bullshit. But I didn't mind about it too much right now because I'm almost late for my first class and being late would seriously make such a good expression on my teachers. Take note of the sarcasm right there .
Once I got there, I parked my bike in the parking lot. Genius, I know. But I was busy doing parkour and crazy shit right now over the cars like I was Batman. And remind me to stop fantasizing about being Batman because now I was limping my way to the entrance. But then again, who wouldn't want to be Batman?
The moment I opened the door, I was surprised. Because the school was so...decent, and clean! Pardon me because last time, our school wasn't as clean as this one. So I immediately went to the secretary and asked for my schedule. She gave me my schedule and great, Homeroom's first.
So I was finding my way to Homeroom as if I'm on the Labyrinth like Percy Jackson. What? That was a good book. Then I finally found the room and I immediately knocked on the door. Then the door opened.
"Well hello there young man. What brings you here?", the lemme guess 29 year-old woman asked me. I was like Duh? For class. Obviously. But then I just said,
"I...um...this is my first class?", I say. What? I was nervous because all people in the classroom are looking at me.
"Oh okay then, I'm assuming you're a new student?", the woman asked.
"Um...yeah...what I meant was...I am a new student.", I said regretting it for it was stupid.
"Okay come in! Well, class we have a new student! Come here young man and introduce yourself." the woman said treating me like a child and yes, it certainly got on my nerves.
I gathered some confidence and finally spoke, "Hey, I'm Jace Andersen. So yeah, I'm new because we recently moved here in Ohio. I play sports like football and basketball.", hmm...that wasn't so bad, was it?
"Hmm" "yeah" "Okay", were their responses to my introduction.
"Well I'm afraid that's all you can get from them.", the woman who by the way is my teacher said. "Go sit in that vacant seat right there beside Will."
So I went on the seat beside Will. He was smiling at me and it's actually creeping me out. Not that his smile was scary but I don't even know the dude and he's smiling like a cheshire cat.
"So Jace, right? I see you've made a pretty good impression. Especially on the chicks here man! They looking at you like they wanna jump you already! GIve me a hug bro.", Smiley said. And about his offer of a free hug, I'm sorry but I don't think so. When he said girls were staring at me, I saw that he was right and they are pretty hot too. But one girl caught my attention, it was blondie over there. She was staring at me. And when she saw that I caught her staring, she turned away. And even from afar, I can see her blushing.
I definitely know one thing for sure, that maybe this year, school wouldn't be so bad.
