12 Say What!?

Around the camp, the loitering students followed the two women with their gazes. Male and female alike couldn't tear their gazes away as they were mesmerized. One of the women was their goddess, the school idol, Lily while the other one was... who? She was tall, taller than the already taller than average Lily by a few inches and the way she carried herself indicated that she was from no ordinary background. With her wearing dark-themed clothing right beside Lily who was wearing a white button-down shirt and light blue jeans, the contrast between the two was highlighted but their similar dignified aura can't be denied.

The moment these two walked across the camp and mesmerized the students, one of the curious onlookers, who was an active fan of Lily's, had the sense to whip out her phone and snap a photo of the two. The action was already muscle memory now.

Almost all of the Lily fans had their eyes peeled for any news about their Lily-sama. Given that Lily was at the camp, notifications from the Lily fans at the camp with her were given the highest priority. The last update was a paparazzi video before bedtime last night where Lily smiled and waved at some of their schoolmates before entering her tent.

Without warning, the ping of notification was heard by the entire student body and they immediately opened their respective accounts; what they saw stunned them.

A picture was posted by one of the Lily fans in the camp with a caption saying: Lily-samaaaa!!???? Who!!?? What!!?? KYAAAAHHHHH!!!! #confused

What they saw in the picture was a somewhat blurred representation of what the people in the camp saw; their beloved Lily-sama walking hand in hand with a mysterious beauty.

Before they recovered from the shock of the photo and type any comment another notification pinged. This time it's a video.

Underneath was a comment from the fan who spoke in the video: Something good!? It's on the level of a god-tier item! I almost died right there and then! Oh, my heart!!!! #heartattack #blessed

In the video, a courageous fan stepped forward and greeted Lily nervously. Lily, being the kindhearted person that she is, looked at her, waved and smiled gently apparently in a very good mood. As they passed by, the brave comrade sneaked a peek at the girl behind Lily and coincidentally met her eyes. Flustered, she smiled at the girl. The girl, seeing her flustered look chuckled and winked at her teasingly. The person taking the video then seemed to have dropped the phone because the last few seconds of the video showed a pair of sneakers and grass.

Few words can be heard on the video but the rest of the contents were mind-shatteringly amazing, the fans didn't even care that they didn't get a clue about the identity of the beautiful lady walking with Lily. They totally understood what the caption and the comment meant. Totally god-tier! Lily's smile and that mysterious girl's wink were lethal!

As the two women entered the mess hall, the people who gaped at them increased. The audience's attention was also redirected from the lecturers to the two women who just entered. One was like a goddess of light with a gentle and calm aura that radiated elegance while the other one was like a goddess of darkness with a cold and intimidating aura that was emphasized with the way she looked down on people because of her height. With the way the light from the outside glowed behind them when they entered, the surrounding people thought that two ethereal beings dropped down from the heavens.
