Lexi's POV
"I'm gonna miss you so much!" Lily said as she hugged me so tight I thought I might explode. Correction, I was positive I was gonna explode.
"I know, Lil! I'm gonna miss you too." I reply, hugging her back tighter.
"We've been friends since we were in kindergarten and now, 8 years later, you're leaving!"
"I know, I'm sorry. New York is gonna be no fun without you!" I whine.
"Your stupid dad....sorry" she says.
"No, no it's ok" I wave her off.
"Bye Lil, my plane leaves in an hour, call me everyday?"
"Twice a day!" She promises. We hug a little more and I walk to the car with tears running down my face.
"I'm gonna miss you so much!" I tell her. She waves as the car pulls away. I hug my bag to my chest as I watch the city of Los Angeles fade away.
