Samuel Johnson says, "Revenge is an act of passion; vengeance of justice. Injuries are revenged; crimes are avenged." I am looking for both. My soul has been injured, injustice has been brought upon me. I now seek vengeance on those who have wronged me. A world as corrupted as ours deserves revenge.
As legend has it, my job is to rid the planet of those who would harm others. I am Mygmir, the God of Hunting. I hunt evil and destroy the nefarious. I was thought to be a mythical figure, told of, only as a deterrent to those who wished to commit crimes against humanity. I never had to step into human affairs before; that has come to an end. Crime runs rampant, corruption is ceaseless, greed has become humans favorite pastime. Lessons will be learned, wisdom gained, and brutal justice served.
Those that are corrupt and those that are corrupted will be banished to a hell on Earth. Murderers, pedophiles, rapists, anyone who violates another humans right to a peaceable life will be punished in the way they wronged another. It is time I go down to the humans. I will mingle among them as one of them. I will serve my authority upon those who are deserving.

Although accused of heinous crimes, Charles was acquitted on all forty counts of rape. He had gained national attention while, surprisingly, growing a fan-base. His supporters were outside of the courthouse cheering him on as he exited the oversized doors. He pumped his fists victoriously to the raucous crowd. Although he had supporters, he also had a very large group of those that wished him dead. They were also outside of the courthouse, waiting for him. They spit on him, threw garbage at him, and called him every name in the book as he made his way through the crowd. One man was able to get close enough to break a bottle over his head. Blood gushed from the wound and his head throbbed terribly, but he still maintained his victorious smile while the police wrestled the other man to the ground.
Riding in the back of his limo, freshly stitched up, Charles was rereading his fan mail and relishing every second of it. He had always been wealthy but he never had much notoriety. This case changed that. He had women throwing themselves at him and men wanting to know his secret. The ones who supported him believed that he was just a ladies man who had been conspired against. He was a god to them.
Charles was reading his newest piece of fan-mail and it intrigued him. The woman wrote that her and several friends would like to get together with him. They even included bare-breasted pictures for his pleasure. There was a phone number, so he gave it a call. A woman answered quickly. He explained who he was and that he was very interested in her offer; she excitedly agreed to meet him. Charles advised his driver to go to the address she provided.
When he arrived at the five-star luxury hotel, he received vile stares as well as a few high-fives along the way. He made his way through the hotel and up the elevator to the top floor penthouse the women had rented. He was already getting turned on as he knocked on the door. A lovely blonde answered giddily, breasts free of clothing. The women were all smiles and partially nude as he entered, a bulge protruding through his pants already. The door closed and the women got to work.
They stripped him of his pants, oohing and ahhing at his endowed member. Charles was more then ready for the fun to begin. As the women were grabbing and clawing at him a golden colored haze filled the room. The women combined into one being, but not a human being. Charles, terrified, screamed loud enough the guests two floors below heard it. Instead of beautiful women, Charles was now staring back at an onyx, gold-tinged creature.
"I am Mygmir! The law may have found you innocent but I know the truth. You tortured and raped those forty innocent women and many others. You will no long find pleasure in life, you will no longer have a voice with which to lie."
Mygmir reached towards Charles. In one painful yank Charles lost his tongue. Blood squirted across the room speckling the walls with red. Mygmir then reached towards Charles, still exposed member, tearing it right from its base. More blood decorated the walls, a puddle formed on the floor. Charles was in more pain then he could endure. Mygmir then summoned several demons instructing them to do to Charles as he did to those poor women.
Days later a brutalized and bloody corpse was found in that five-star hotel room and Charles was famous once again.

Cyrus was the leader of the Back Alley Gang. He was heading home when he came across a guy who said he knew him. The guy wanted to be a member. Cyrus was not actively recruiting but the guy looked tough so he had the guy follow him home. The whole walk, Cyrus, bragged about all the people he had killed. The guy listened attentively. By the time they arrived at Cyrus' house the guy was eager to prove his worth. A week later Cyrus' missing and bullet riddled body was found rotting in his own basement.

Pastor Dave was a highly respected pastor of a local church in Omaha but recently suspicions were rising that he might be abusing children in the churches youth group. A mother, he did not recognize, barged into his office after service, launching accusations at him. He calmly denied everything but his heart pulsed rapidly beneath his robe. He finally managed to get the woman to leave and immediately began deleting pictures from his computer.
When Dave arrived at his church the next day, he arrived to a hostile mob blocking his entry. He assured everyone that this was an overreaction to an illegitimate complaint. When he realized no one was buying it he called the police to disperse the crowd. Once the crowd was dispersed a detective insisted on talking to the pastor in his office. Two days later they found him stiff in his chair with a sign hung around his neck reading, "I touched children."
