You had been workin a LOT of over time trying to impress your boss, Tony Stark, but it felt like he never pad any mind to you.
Today the company was having a HUGE staff meeting, Tony got on stage and personally thanked all his employees for their good work, then he did something you never would have expected.
"And I would to personally thank (miss/ mister) (Y/F/N) for their long hours of work, thought we wouldn't notice, but we did. So if you join me on stage I would like to present you with metal for your astonishing work."

You went on stage and walked over to him, Tony wrapped his arms around you and gave you a hug. An actual HUG! Then he handed you a small metal, in the shape of a heart with a little, tiny reactor in the center, giving it a little glow. Tony winked at you then shouted to the crowd to give you applause.
