Anastasia won't let you get away with anything. She's got enough sass in her to be considered mouthy, and the self assurance to match. She exudes confidence, and when she's truly herself, she's radiant. However, she's not often given the chance to be genuine. She keeps herself on a tight leash. Letting someone in means opening up, and opening up leads to exposing secrets and confiding in others, which eventually leads to betrayal or death. She's not too fond of that. She must be an ice princess at all times, appearing haughty and above the madness that surrounds her. In reality, she's a fiery queen, screaming for a way to escape the situation she's trapped in. Freedom is her ultimate goal, but to be free is impossible. She's passionate, a dancing flame: too beautiful to touch, too hot to handle. And there isn't much she can't handle. She invites challenges, craves competition against those she isn't too fond of. Playful rivalries among friends are enjoyable, but if she's serious, she will beat you into the ground. Controlling her shadows takes time and concentration; it's a constant battle between her light and her darkness. And when her darkness takes over, death follows. Being at war with oneself is tiring, but she does her best to stay on the light side. The side of her that's seen depends on who's around. Anya can come across as intense, which would be an accurate way to describe her. Anya is, above all, a reckoning. And the time has come for that reckoning to be released.
