The young boy's body tossed and turned on the ground while the other two observed him. After passing out, the shorter boy discreetly carried him into the building the rest of the group resided. The taller boy began getting impatient, and finally let out a grunt, "Is that boy ever going to wake up?"

The shorter boy let out a scoff, "Don't ask me Gyu, I'm not the goddamn medic." The taller boy, Gyu, scowled, looking back at the shorter one, "I already told you not to call me that, Wonwoo. My name ith Mingyu and you will refer to me as th-such." The two bickered, until Wonwoo stopped, and noticed the young boy shift again, this time sitting up and, realising his situation, got ready to run.

But Wonwoo was too fast, wrapping his arm around the boys torso and holding a cocked pistol at his head, "Name, now."

"Ch.. Chan, Lee Chan.. Let me go!" He struggled in Wonwoo's grip, and it tightened making him yelp in pain and quit struggling.

"Are you sure you wanna die," Mingyu grinned, teasingly walking up to him, "Or are you going to hear us out?"

"Fine.." Chan hung his head low, and Wonwoo loosened his grip. As soon as Wonwoo opened his mouth, Chan jumped out of his grip, before getting shot in the leg by Wonwoo.

"Move again, I dare you." Wonwoo's cold voice rang in his ears, as his blood spilt unto the floor, "Fine! What do you want?" he cried, clutching his leg in pain.

Before Wonwoo could speak, Mingyu said, "If I let him talk, Wonwoo's gonna go on a whole tirade, so I'll make this simple, just for you, buddy. Join us, unless you wanna die." He smiled, squatting down to look at Chan's pained figure.

Chan was quiet, cursing under his breath as he cried, clutching his leg close to his body.

"I'll join."

"Good choice." Mingyu smiled, ruffling his hair,

"Welcome to Seventeen."

Chan, with a shot leg, couldn't walk, or at least not well. He clung onto Mingyu as he limped, leaving a trail of blood which would have to be cleaned up later." Wonwoo sighed, "I suppose I'll have to lead you to the medic."

"How old are you?" Mingyu asked, looking down on the shorter boy, who had to look up to meet his eyes. "Almost seventeen years old." He mumbled.

"Who were you fighting?" Chan asked.

"A group we have a history with," Wonwoo replied, begrudgingly. Chan ignored him.

"A group of 18, but we heard they're trying to get a few new members." Mingyu overrode Wonwoo's vague explanation, "We'll tell you more about them if you join our next raid."

"This is a stupid question, but are there seventeen members in Seventeen?" Chan asked, wincing as he stumbled on his shot leg. Mingyu and Wonwoo's expression faltered.

"Last week Mingming died, a year ago Dongjin and Doyoon died. So.. no, we have never had seventeen members in Seventeen."

"We have someone a few years younger than you," Wonwoo smiled gently, "His name is Samuel. He's just a kid, but he knows what he's doing."

"Where are we even going?" Chan grunted.

"The medic," Wonwoo replied curtly before expanding on his statement, "after your incredibly stupid stunt, I shot you. Z is gonna fix you up." Chan just nodded, "Why is it join or die? I didn't even witness anything."

"You thaw us, you can expose us. You can't do that if you're a part of us. Plus, you'll love it here. I promithe." Mingyu explained, with a large grin on his face. Chan just nodded and suddenly, Wonwoo turned to a door by his side, knocked twice and it opened.
