Hi, my name is Elena Allen and my husband is the fastest man alive. Now we have a daughter together, she came from the future into the past.
Elena's POV:
"You're saying you are our daughter?" Barry asked with disbelieve. "From the future?" I added confused. Everyone else didn't say a word, they just stared at her. I could tell how nervous she was because she played nervously with her hair. In that moment I believed her.
"Named Hope?" said Barry. Hope sighed happily and I heard that Barry smiled along with her, as if he would believe her as well.
"Anybody need a refill? No? Just me?" Cisco said getting up and getting a refill.
Hope went a few steps towards the others and said excited "Cisco Ramon, always cutting the tension with a joke." You could tell from all our faces that we were speechless.
"You know our names?"
"Of course" answered Hope to Caitlin's question.
"I know all of you"
"You're Caitlin Snow, Ralpf Dibny, Iris & Wally, Papa Joe, Mama Cecile, little auntie Jenna. She's so cute!"
"Uh, and what's your nickname?" Wally asked. "My nickname is 'LS' Littlest Speedster, that you gave me as a baby, Dad."
Barry and I we looked at each other and I asked her "Why did you come here?" It took a moment before she answered my question "It's a long story but I did a big mistake last night when I was helping dad by destroying the STAR Labs satellite."
"You were the other speedster?" Barry said.
"I just couldn't stop myself from getting involved, but something happened when I did, because now, I can't seem to go fast enough to open up the Speed Force" Hope said without looking into our eyes.
I took a deep breath and Hope came closer to me "I'm sorry. I know how bizarre this must seem, meeting your daughter from the future as an adult. But really, this wasn't my plan at all, but I'm kind of stuck here now, and you're the only people who can help me. So anybody know what to do?"

Barry, Hope and I are at the Speed Lab. Barry and I are watching Hope doing some test rounds.
"This is so weird" Barry said.
"Yeah, I mean, I can't believe that's our daughter up there." I said.
Suddenly Hope stood right infront of us in a flash. "Wow this Speed Lab sure is archaic, huh?" "La-la-la-la" Barry said loud while covering his ears."No future talk, all right, please?"
"Right I don't want to wreck the timeline, I'm sorry." Hope apologized. I stopped covering my ears and touched Hope on her shoulder "Now go and let you check out from Caitlin and Cisco, okay?"
Hope nodded and was gone in a flash.

Barry had a lot to do at CCPD, so I took Hope and went to Jitters to drink some coffee and to get to know her.
"It's nice to meet you, Hope." I said smiling and handed her her coffee. Hope took her coffee and said smiling "Thanks, Mom."
"So now that we're here, I thought maybe we can talk to get to know each other a little bit. You're okay with that?" I said excited. Hope nodded.
"Okay good! To not wreck the timeline, I will ask you something and you just blink twice"
Hope took a sip of her coffe and waited for my questions.
"Let me guess, you're a waitress at Jitters, like I was?" Hope shaked her head. I tried a new question "You're a cop? or a CSI like your Dad?" Hope blinked twice.
I looked surprise because I didn't expect that. I took a big sip of my coffee. "We do a lot of things too, Mom" Hope said to cheer me up. I had a big smile on my face and asked curiously "Yeah really? Like what?"
"You know stuff like shopping, getting our nails done or watching an episode of 'Friends' together" Hope said.
"Wow, 'Friends' is still a hit in the future" I said surprised and put my hair behind my ear. Hope laughed and said "Yes, 'Friends' is so schway!"
"Schway?"
Hope put her coffee down and said "It's a future thing."
"Of course, yeah" I said, nodding.
My phone rang and I read the message. "We have to go back to STAR Labs. I think it's time for you to go back home." I told her and she looked down sadly.
