The Diary Of Jane

Chapter 6

On Monday, May 10th, I woke up early, to go to work. Every day I do my daily routine, I always do it every time I go to work. Then, Benjamin also always brought me to my office. We always talked and talked to each other.

While we were talking, I heard news about a plane crash and many were injured and died as a result of this tragedy. As we were listening to the radio about the plane crash, my phone suddenly rang and vibrates. I was shocked that my phone was suddenly ringing. I answered the call and asked who I was talking to. He answered and said if I was Jane Bryan. I replied and told him I was and who I was talking to, I was nervous and curious why random stranger known my number. This stranger spoke and told me that he had just picked up the phone and dad owns it, he told me that my dad and mom were injured and 50/50 because of a plane crash. I was in tears and shocked at what he said.

 I reluctantly spoke to him and asked which hospital they were taken to. The stranger who was holding my dad's phone said that at St. Patrick Medical Hospital they were taken. I spoke and told him thank you very much. I quickly turned off my phone and told Benjamin where we were going, and Benjamin immediately drove his car to our destination. I was restless and could not control my emotions and heard about what had happened to my parents. I was overwhelmed and weakened by the news I had heard about what happened to my parents. When we go to the hospital, I immediately came out to Benjamin's car and ran inside the hospital to find Mom and Dad. After asking where they were, I immediately searched for them. I went around the whole building and immediately found out where mom and dad were confined. I immediately went in and looked at their condition. The condition of my mom and dad was so bad and awful. I was crying and my emotions kept going because of what had happened to them. 

The doctor and the nurses first took me out to take care, treat them and to make sure mom and dad could rest. I spoke to the doctor and told them to do everything possible to recover the condition of my parents. The doctor said and told me that they would do their best, just to cure them and relieve their conditions. And they finally let me out. I was crying and weeping because of my parents' horrible conditions. Benjamin was chasing and he saw me crying so he went to me immediately. He comforts me and hugged me because I was upset about what happened to my parents. Benjamin spoke to me and told me that I would calm down and pray for my mom and dad that they would recover and their condition would get better. I calmed myself and Benjamin kept talking to me to calm my body and my mind. 

After 10 minutes the doctor came out and we immediately asked how my parent's situation going. The doctor spoke and said that they were still in a bad situation and looked for them and observed their mom and dad's condition. I was so sad and deeply saddened by my parents' condition. The doctor excuses for us then he left. Benjamin and I continued praying and Benjamin talked to me just to get my mood get well because I was crying and sad. 

After 25 minutes I was able to fall into a deep sleep because of crying, so Benjamin woke me up and asked me if we were going home. I spoke to him and said I would not go home because I was going to observe mom and dad. Benjamin told me that we had to leave and we will go here early to visit mom and dad because I was tired and I needed to rest at home. We left the hospital immediately and after we go out he opened the door of his car so I could sit down. He came in immediately and drove his car to take me to my house. When we got to my house he was coming down and opening the door of his car. I asked him if he could accompany me here at home because I was lonely and depressed because I might be crazy at home because I was crying and thinking about my mom and dad's situation.

Benjamin spoke immediately and told me that he would go with me. We immediately went into my house and went up to my room. I told him that I was going to bed and for tomorrow when I woke up early, we went to the hospital early to visit mom and dad. Benjamin spoke and said that he would go and rest, he might sleep in the living room and that he might rest. He also told me that I would pray to mom and dad condition so that they would recover and that their condition had got well. After he spoke, he left my room and went to the living room to rest. I lay down on my bed and tears came to my eyes. I prayed and then calmed down so I could sleep well and get up early for tomorrow.
