So your first quirk is basic like a copy quirk. Except it's more advanced then that. You have to be able to go inside someone's brain and figure out how their quirk works, the copy it and put it in your database (a special memory system in your brain). There, you can store up to five quirks, the drawback to that quirk is that you get the drawback of the quirk that the other person has. For example, if you use Kaminari's quirk, his drawback is that his brain short circuits, if you overuse that quirk your brain would short circuit too. If someone has two quirks, and you copy them, it would still count as two quirks.

Now. Your second (I tried to type second and it auto corrected to semiconductor like wtf auto correct) quirk, it's basically your bad side. If you get over influenced by anger, then this quirk will take over. It produces up the 5 persistent, powerful, protective, bitchy, monsters. They are kinda like Nomus, they use different combinations of the quirks you've stored in your database. And all they want to do is cause Chaos. The Cims, as you call them Chaos Influenced Monsters, let out your anger and confusion for you.
They are mindless and just destroy whatever is in their sight. To save trouble, the easiest way to take them down is to take out the source. Yes. They do need to kill you to deactivate that quirk. But for a reason that you don't know, is every time this quirk is deactivated, you get revived, and about 50 minutes later, you wake up. During those fifty minutes you are healing.

There is a key detail you don't know. You never did. You don't remember anything form age 5-11. Something happened, your side of it. But you just can't remember. It will answer all your questions. And maybe start some
Of its own. But, there was a reason you won't- can't remember it. The biggest questions is.
