Chapter 11

Natsu woke up a day later and saw he was in the infermery. His whole body ached as he looked around the room. Then he saw Lucy. She was asleep in a chair next to his bed. She was wearing the necklace he gave her. He reached over and played with her hair which woke her up.

"Natsu!" Lucy yelled noticing he was awake.

"Hey Luce. How have you been" Natsu said with a smile.

"How have I been!? More like how have you been! You were the one who almost died." Lucy exclaimed. Natsu just chuckled dryly.

"I'm fine lucy. Just a little soar that's all." Natsu replied. Then he leaned over and kissed her. But she didn't kiss back.

"Lucy what's wrong? I thought you said you love me?" Natsu questioned.

"Well... Natsu... I found someone else. While you were asleep a doctor came in and helped heal the wounds Mustache didn't heal completely. The doctor and I started talking and realized we really liked each other. So he asked me out... and I said yes" Lucy explained.

"Oh" Natsu said resting back into his bed.

"Well I'm gonna go. I'll tell everyone you are awake" Lucy said standing up and walking out of the infermery.

Later that night Natsu ran away,  never to be seen again.

Scared you didn't I. Lol. Here's the real chapter.

Natsu woke up a day later and saw he was in the infermery. His whole body ached as he looked around the room. Then he saw Lucy. She was asleep in a chair next to his bed. She was wearing the necklace he gave her. He reached over and played with her hair which woke her up.

"Natsu!" Lucy yelled noticing he was awake.

"Hey Luce. How have you been" Natsu said with a smile.

"How have I been!? More like how have you been! You were the one who almost died." Lucy exclaimed. Natsu just chuckled dryly.

"I'm fine lucy. Just a little soar that's all." Natsu replied. Then he leaned over and kissed her. And she kissed him back. Finally after the passionate kiss ended Lucy spoke.

"So Natsu... Does this mean... we are... together?" Lucy asked. Natsu just gave her a confused face." As in dating. Are we dating?" Then he gave her an Ohhhhhhhhhh face.

"Of course we're together!" Natsu said with a big wide grin.

"Are you able to stand. The guild would probably like it if you were able to stand and walk" Lucy said with a matching grin.

"Sure" Natsu said and started to stand up. He couldn't fully support himself so Lucy had Natsu use her for support.

As they walked out the room the whole guild went scilent waiting to see if Natsu was really okay.

"Hey guys" Natsu said still grinning.

The whole guild then erupted with happiness.

"Salamander is okay!"

"Fire brain doesn't die that easy."

"Yeah Natsu!"

Comments like these were heard through out the whole guild.

Natsu was so happy that he turned to Lucy and kissed her passionately on the lips. The whole guild then erupted into 'awwwwwwwwww' and one 'I knew it' from Mira.

Everything is perfect.

OMG I can't belive I finished this book so quick!?!?!?!

Well if you guys liked this book then you would probably like my other book the darkness that changed me. That's the next thing I'm working on. I'm writing the second book in the series.
