Fleeting thoughts

6th day's silent dawn under the vague amber sky,
Beneath the horizon of this caged avenue, birds fly,
Soaring the clouds with authentic freedom so high,
Can't believe how birds are more free than me and my desires.

Locked up inside this dead air cage of dreams and fantasies,
In a world where the lungs of earth aren't dead and we plant trees,
Humankind aren't absurd and gives without fees,
Where you and me aren't impossible and cuddle with no care of who sees.

The rising sun from the east burns the horizon with ruby flames,
Lights the grey avenue and slowly tainted in colors like in the games,
Sun rays on the blessed oasis like the water in the bible that cures the lame,
Like that of samson's flaming power which gains him a lot fame.

If only dreaming what we want our world to be won't reflect us pain,
I wish to be forever locked up inside the artificial world even if it means to be insane,
Atleast in my dreams you're with me from sunrise 'till we're put to vain,
Nothing can't stop us from going all out even if it rains.
