Just before Esmeralda's hanging, Frollo decides to give her a last chance to choose him over the gallows. Being devastated from the events, what if she accepts? Mostly based on the book but contains some elements from the Disney movie. Anyone who has read/seen either of them can follow. The first half (chapters 1-23) focuses on Frollo/Esmeralda while the second half focuses on Quasimodo/Esmeralda. Im going to do a play on the Wizard of Oz soon, and I relized that I didn't have a monologue prepared! I had a few issues finding a good monologue from Google so now I shall wright a story!

Even as she waits for her late charge and battles her inner demons, something worse is blazing underneath the surface. The last war didn't kill her but this time maybe, her true love won't show the same kindness.
