Chapter 7

(Skys P.O.V)
Me and Ty stayed silent, not knowing what to say. We had never known Seto had such a tragic story, nor have we ever heard of this guy before. He seemed dangerous, by how darkly Brice talked about him. Seto spoke up after clearing his eyes from the tears threatening to spill.
"We don't know much about him to be honest. But one thing we do know is gonna shock you. He lives in a parallel universe, that you are very familiar of. Minecraft" Seto said. My mind went blank and I was utterly confused.
"S-so he lives in one of our video games?" Ty sputtered out and Brice nodded.
"Maybe that's perhaps why he knows who some of you are, like Skylar and Mitch. Seto didn't know you guys in his teenage years, so we don't know how Ryan could have any idea of who else had powers or who Setos friends were" Brice explained.
"So how did he get there?"
"We don't know. Maybe he created a tear in the world" Seto said "we would have to make another to get to him. Also, don't play Minecraft for awhile. Or any video game for that matter. It's dangerous". We all nodded and I took Tys hand in mine, giving it a squeeze. He squeezed back and smiled.
"So, we should tell everyone else to stay off their computers." Ty said.
"Actually we should invite everyone over and see if we can get everyone to stay a few days. We need to explain what's happening face to face or they might not believe us." Brice said.
"I'll get Zoë and Shelby" I said, pulling out my phone and dialing their numbers.
"I'll get husky, Ian and Jason. Seto and Sky, make rooming arrangement. Move furniture if you need to. We should all stay in the same house." The phone rang a few times before someone picked up.
"Hello?"
"Hey Zoe, it's Ty" I said.
"Oh hey Big Bro. Whats up?" She said. The nickname had stuck when she accidentally called me big bro thinking I was Mitch. Speaking of Mitch, she still doesn't know he's gone. Shit.
"I was wondering if you, Shelby and Melody would come and visit? We have some things we need to talk about" I said, trying not to let my nervousness show.
"I don't know, we just got settled-"
"It's important" I pleaded. I heard her sigh and say something to shelby.
"Fine, but if this isn't really important i will shove my fist so far up your ass you will taste it." She threatened "wait never mind, you'll like that". I laughed and smiled a bit.
"Thanks, pack to stay for a few weeks" I then hung up before she could cuss me out. Fuck, she's gonna be so mad when she finds out Mitch is gone. I felt my phone buzz and I looked down at it.
Shelby: Zoes pissed. Your in for it when she gets there. It better be important.
Reply: don't worry it is. Gtg luv you guys
I put my phone in my pocket and laugh under my breath. I knew she would react that way. I walk back into the kitchen to see Brice just put away his phone.
"They'll all be here some time in the next two days. Is Shelby and Zoë coming?" He asked and I nodded.
"What are we gonna do when Zoë finds out Mitch is gone?" I said and Brice's face twisted up in determination.
"Just keep her calm, make sure she doesn't kill anyone. Keep her away from sharp objects, she may hurt herself, or someone else" he said seriously. Zoe had a history of depression, which her brother never found out about. Ty and her got along well cause they knew how the other felt. I gave a firm nod and walked into the living room. Seto and Ty had made beds along the floor and on the couches (which there were two and a chair which melody might sleep on).
"Good job babe" I said as Ty wrapped his arms around my neck. I wrapped mine around his waist and kissed his cheek.
"Thanks, I'm guessing everyone's coming?"
"Yeah, but for now, we better go shopping. You know how everyone eats" Brice said, holding Seto on his lap as he sat on the couch.
"Well, let's go now. Come on"
It felt like nothing bad had happened. We were about to reunite with our friends after a few weeks. No one is grieving anymore. It felt normal, but I wouldn't say that everyone was happy. Nothing good lasts for long, after all.
