Chapter 13: as long

Maples pov:

Slowly and carefully I peel myself off Mike as I tiptoe over to the door.

"Sorry" I mumble under my breath as I open the door and walk to my room whilst doing a mental checklist:

-knife, tick

-plan, semi-tick

-orange juice, tick

Ok three down three more to go.

Walking into the kids bedroom I see them fast asleep as I kiss each one of them on the foreheads

"Sweet dreams" I croak as I'm about to leave but someone grabs my wrist making. Me turn to face Tyler.

"Your leaving aren't you?" He asks, his never serious so seeing him like this makes the world spin

"It's for the best, so you look after your siblings and no matter what, you can't tell them about your father" I say as tears start to form as I caress his face

"Ok but why did you ever tell me?" Tyler whispers

"You ow why or at least you will find out, it's in your blood to remember my wild child" I sigh as I drop my hand and kiss his cheek, "good bye and tell Mike what he needs to know" I add as I touch my forehead and then his giving him a brief idea on what he needs to do.

"I love you" I stutter as I hurry down the stairs,

-say bye to kids, tick

I didn't say goodbye to Mike which was in the list but it's not about me.

'Hey we gotta go' I mumble to Skylar as I feel her stirring before I open the door and shift into a wolf

'Lets to this and bring down that mother fucker' Skylar yells in my head as I agree

-wake up Skylar, tick

Running through the woods as fast as I can and as far away from the house as possible I close my eyes and breath in the smell of the woods. Slowly arriving at the edge of a cliff I shift back and realise I'm naked.

Sighing in annoyance I carry on as I take out the blade which I placed in my mouth along with the orange juice when I was. Wolf form.

I drink the whole bottle of orange juice before slowly slicing the knife across my palm as I absorb the pain and use it to fuel the spell. I start chanting and summoning my power to draw Him towards me when I feel the company of him and his wolves I stop the spell.

That's when it all hits me I can't do this, he can't have me.

Quickly turns around I start running not towards the house but anywhere else. Although instead of running I am smashed the ground by a big grey wolf. Oh fuck.

"Hello syrup, long time no see, it's good to know I have you back" he growls as he slowly shifts back

"Get off me you disgusting mutt" I spit as he chuckles

"You were the one who summoned me and you also are the one who took my kids and got remarked by another alpha" he says, "and I'm the disgusting one" he asks

"Fuck you Dean at least I'm not a monster who burns packs and ruins your children and wife" I cry as I scurry out of his hold, I don't want our skins touching since we are both naked.

"You should be thanking me, my family is my greatest creation" he says proudly

"No you have gone against Mother Nature, the moon goddess, fucking God or whoever created us. Your the bloody devil and you dragged me along to be your sickly queen puppet" I say repulsed

"I see you have come to terms with being my queen" Dean says only taking in the last part

"Your sick, just leave the kids alone and keep me, kill me for all I care just please leave my kids alone" I beg

"YOUR KIDS? ITS OUR KIDS AND I WILL HAVE WHAT I WANT" Dean growls out

"Well then you won't have me with out a fight" I growl back before I see him raise the knife I had and slice his wrist before slicing mine making me bound to follow him until stabbed.

"Your mine now Syrup and I'll make sure you doth stab me" Dean laughs as I feel my body relax into his as he carries me away as I whisper,

"You may have my body but not my heart and MY MATE will find you. You sick son of a bitch"

"Oh syrup we both know the fates say one must die for the other and I'm willing to bet you and I are in this death like we vowed the night I killed you pack" he says with venom as I feel everything in me slowly shutting down and I smile wickedly up at him,

"As long as you rot in hell Dean I'm all yours" as I think of the last thing on my list,
