May 16th, 1997,

"It's nice to not have a nightgaurd," Bonnie says, stepping down from the stage. "It is," Chica says, following suit. They turn into human form. Freddy steps down, not saying a word to them, and he leaves. He heads to the bathrooms to hide in the darkness. Chica sighs. "I miss the 80s," she says, putting the cupcake down on a table. "Yeah. Back then it was more... lively," Bonnie says, putting his guitar on the stage carefully. Chica looks over at pirate cove. "And back then someone didn't hide all the time." "Can ya blame him?" Bonnie asks, looking at her, "the love of his life was taken from him. All of his other friends, too. It's no wonder he hides in there all the time. I mean, think about it like this; how would you feel if the.. love of your life was just taken from you?" Chica looks at him, and thinks about how she would feel. How would she feel if he was gone? If Bonnie was gone? "I'd be really, really sad," She says finally. "Exactly," Bonnie says.

"I don't blame him," Chica says," I just wish he would let us talk to him. He always pushes us away. He's as bad as-" Chica looks over her shoulder at the bathrooms, as if someone might hear. She turns back to Bonnie and continues with, " - as Freddy." "Hey, at least we got Goldie, right?" Bonnie says. Chica smiles. "I suppose so." The both of them head to the office, where Golden Freddy hung out. They walked in and saw him at the desk, on the computer.

"Hello," he said before he looked up at them. "Hiya Goldie!" Chica greeted," how are ya?" "Fine, you?" "Eh, pretty good," Bonnie says, walking over to see what he's doing. "Why are you watching the cameras?" Bonnie asks. "Nothing else to do," he says. "Eh, yeah. There isnt really anything to do here, is there?" "Have you seen what they're doing?" Goldie asks, looking at the two. "No? What are they doing?" Bonnie questions. 'They' are the employees. "Well, the building was closed today, you wouldn't know what though as you all were deactivated," Goldie explains," and some workers came to do some construction. You didn't see the giant hole in the wall?"

"What giant hole?" Chica asks. Goldie stands up, saying, "Follow me, I'll show you," and he walks out. The chicken and rabbit follow the bear as he leads them back into the dining room. He points to a hole near the stage where a wall used to be. "You didn't see that gaping hole?" "No!" Chica says, running over and looking outside. Bonnie walks over as well. "There's... nothing... there's nothing stopping us from just... leaving," Bonnie says, looking out into the night. The moon was waning, and the stars shimmered brightly. There was a cool, refreshing breeze that accompanied the darkness. "We could totally just leave. No one can stop us," Chica agrees. Golden Freddy stands behind them, and watches as the pirate fox leaves his cove and walks over quietly, in his human form, to stand behind the two.

"But... where would we go? Me, Freddy, Foxy, and Goldie don't look exactly human with the ears and tails, so that's a problem,' Bonnie says," and.. and we would have no home. No place to go back to. Here we have that." "You don't want to be free?" Chica asks. "I do, but freedom comes with a cost. We'd have to try and hide our animal features, and survive. Besides, the company will notice when its star animatronics suddenly dissapear into the night. They'd try to find us, or replace us," Bonnie says. Chica sighs, "I suppose your right."

"Tat don't mean we 'ave ta stay," Foxy says suddenly. Bonnie and Chica jump, and look behind them. "O-oh, Foxy! You scared me," Chica says, smiling up at Foxy. Foxy doesn't return it, he instead looks away from her and back outside, at the moon. "I don't think we should Foxy," Bonnie says, reading his look. Foxy just looks at him. He looks away and walks past them, outside. "No," Golden Freddy says, lifting Foxy in the air with magic and bringing him back inside. "Arrgg! Wat te 'ell!" Foxy yells, "put me down, damnit!" Once he's back inside, Goldie puts him back on the ground. "Wat te 'ell was tat fer?" Foxy asks, showing more emotion than he has in 10 years. "We can't leave," Golden Freddy says, "or, we shouldn't leave."
