Jaden and you were slowly getting way closer and he was really becoming your guy best friend, which you absolutely loved. You'd had many guy best friends in the past but it usually turned out that they'd catch feelings, once you couldn't reciprocate those feelings they'd get mad at you, say you were 'leading then one and drop you. It really hurt you, but you knew Jaden wasn't like that.
