At first he'd think you're joking but once he saw your scars he'd definitely believe it. He would make you get professional help and would talk to you everyday and would send you cute messages everyday.

He would honestly get mad at you for not telling him. His heart broke once he saw your scars. He would make you stop doing that and would give you emotional support. He'd make you see a professional.
Zeyu
He'd be really sad, worried, dissapointed. He'd feel a lot of emotions. He really couldn't understand why you are doing this and would make you pinky promise him you would never do it again.
Mingrui
At first he would be really shocked but then sadness would wash over him. He would tell you a dumb joke to lighten the mood. You would laugh and he would laugh with you. After that you two would have a serious talk.
Shuyang
At first he wouldn't really know what to do. He would feel sad and a bit uncomfortable. He would be close to tears. He couldn't believe it. He would have a long talk with you and make you send him pictures of your scars everyday so he can se you aren't hurting yourself anymore.
