He would honestly be kinda relieved. He'd probably be most afraid to meet your dad so he'd be less scared and more relaxed. Of course, when he meets your mum, he'd say what a shame it is your dad couldn't be here.

He'd be kinda sad and dissapointed. He wanted to leave a good impression on both of them at the same time. Also, he'd think because he just met you mum, he'd have to meet your dad alone too. And he really doesn't want to be around your dad without your mum present.
