Chapter 8

Cyrus POV

I wake up and I have a lot of messages from TJ, Andi, Buffy, and Jonah. I brought food from home, so at least I had some food. It's 1:00 pm and I am hungary. I eat two granola bars and a banana. I read the messages.

Where are you?
Please answer me
CYRUS?!
Are you okay?
Why won't you answer?
Text or call when you can

He's texing something, I can't talk to him right now.

I'm comming by after school.

I couldn't help myself. I had to text him.

I'm sorry i didn't come to school.
I just needed a break. I won't be at
home either. come to the park after school.

I look at the messages from Andi. She just kept asking where I was. I didn't text her or Jonah or Buffy. Jonah texted that I should come to school and that he's worried abou me.

regular POV

"Cyrus texted me" TJ says and shows everyone after school.
"You better go to the park." Andi says with worry in her voice.

TJ gets to the park and texts Cyrus.

I'm here where are you?

"I'm right here" Cyrus says from behind TJ.
TJ turns around and hugs Cyrus and they stand there for a few minutes.
"Everyone might come because I showed them that you texted me. I love you, Cyrus. I know you that, but I wanted to tell you face to face."TJ says and hugs Cyrus just a little bit harder.
"I love you, too TJ Kippen." Cyrus says and kisses him on the cheek.

Everyone came running over and they join the hug. Now it was a group hug. 
"Cyrus don't ever skip school. Ever again. Please." Andi says when they stopped hugging.
"I pinky promise I won't ever skip school again." Cyrus says and pinky promises with Andi.

They go to The Spoon and get the usual.
"How was your guy's day." Cyrus says.
"It was okay. It couldv'e been better if you were there." TJ says and puts his arm around Cyrus.
Everyone ate baby taters and drank their milkshakes.
"See you tomarrow, Cyrus." Andi says and gets up to leave and Jonah follows.
"Bye" Jonah says and catches up with Andi.
"I'm going to get going too. See you guys tomarrow." Buffy says and leaves.
"Now its just us two. Want to hang out." TJ says and gets up.
"Sure where are we going?" Cyrus says and gets up.
TJ puts his arm around Cyrus and says,"Somewhere special."

They get to the park. They get to the swings.
"This is where I fell in love with you." TJ says and kisses Cyrus on the head.
Cyrus gets on 'his' swing and starts to swing.
"UNDERDOG!" TJ yells and goes under the swing.
"That was exhilarating." Cyrus says rembering that day on the swings.
"I love you Cyrus Goodman." TJ says and stops Cyrus' swing.
"I love you, too." Cyrus says and stands next to TJ.
They go to the water and sit on the rocks.
"I want you to have this." TJ says and gives Cyrus his hoodie. "You can give it back when it stops smelling like me."
"Okay. I don't have anything for you." Cyrus says." Wait, I actually do." Cyrus kisses TJ on the lips. They kiss long. They sit there for awhile after that.
"I will always remeber this day." TJ said and kissed Cyrus again.
"My first real kiss." Cyrus says and puts his head on TJ's shoulder. 
"My first kiss. I wouldn't of guessed it was going to be a guy." TJ says and rubs Cyrus' head.
"Why did you take me here?" Cyrus says.
"I need to tell you something. I don't want to but I have to." TJ says with seriousness in his voice.
