Y/n steps through the portal and stands next to salem as she sits down in her throne while all the other members sit around a table
"how did you like playing with your friends hmm y/n?" Salem asks without looking at Y/n, he stands there with his emotionless gaze but a few tears trickling down his face
"mistress who is this?" Hazel asks with a stoic look on his face while sitting down with Cinder, Emerald, Mercury, Tyrian, and Watts asking the same question
"this, is someone i hold VERY dear to myself and someone i hope you will learn to respect" Salem answers will she sits down, Cinder clenches her fists and glares at Y/n
"Mistress how is he of use to us and beneficial to our plans?" Watts asks before panicking when Salem glares at him making him shut up
"do you doubt my choices in allies watts?" she asks venom in her voice as watts shakes his head rapidly
"n-no mistress" he stutters out before looking away from eye contact with her
"good.." she says while standing up and walking towards a pair of doors while Y/n follows before cinder speaks up finally
"mistress..." she asks, salem turns her head and looks at her
"yes cinder?" Salem says as Y/n stares at the her inner circle with his lifeless gaze
"can this man prove his worth to us? will you allow us to see what he is made of" Cinder asks while looking at Salem, Salem turns around and looks at cinder before looking at Y/n and lifting her hands to his face and cups his cheeks
"why would this benefit us?" she asks as she uses her thumbs to wipe away the tears from y/ns face and cinder gets angered by how much attention Y/n is getting from her mistress
"so w can rely on him later on and understand his strengths" she answers before Salem sighs and turns back to Cinder
"very well i will grant your wish of recognition for his powers" she says before opens the doors and leaves, Y/n stands there motionless before Cinder looks at him skeptically
"is...is he okay?" Emerald asks Mercury before he shrugs and they both look at Cinder, her power practically radiating off of her body as they get scared quickly and back up from her
"y/n outside. now" she barks before storming off through another pair of doors as Y/n follows them silently, Tyrian approaches y/n from behind and starts giggling like a mad man
"you know i thought I was a lapdog for salem but turns out your even more of a bitch than i am HA" he laughs as Y/n looks towards Tyrian and gives him a small smile before it distorts into a creepy one and Tyrian smiles widely and laughs before wraping his arm around Y/n
"you and i are very much alike eh?" he asks before Y/n returns back to his emotionless gaze and walks forward, they arrive outside and Y/n is facing Cinder, Emerald, and Mercury
"we can beat this asshole this time he should be an easy bitch to beat" Mercury says with a smirk and the three of them get into a fighting stance, Y/n however turns his head towards the castle and stares at a window in which Salem is watching them through given window, She nods and he turns back to the group
"the hell is wrong with this guy" Mercury asks before he dashes and jumps up to kick Y/n while Emerald uses her semblance on Y/n as well, however Y/n seems to just tank the kick and Mercurys leg actually shatters into pieces
"w-what!" he says before falling down onto the floor in front of y/n, he tries to get up only to receive a kick to the gut sending him flying past Emerald and Cinder as Josh stands there next to Y/n
"hehe that it? thought at least you would give ME a challenge at least" he says while spinning his katana
"tch who are you someone he can hide behind?" Cinder mocks before creating two fire swords before Josh bursts out laughing like a manic, while he did that Tyrians eyes widen and his grin widens
"how funny Y/n at this state wont even break a sweat if he fought you now Cinder" Josh says as he points his katana at Cinder, she growls and dashes towards Josh and slashes at him only for him to laugh and block her strikes easily
"man for a woman who salems stick up your ass you sure are pity" Josh jokes before round house kicking Cinder away and rests his katana on his shoulder
"that all you got?" he mocks as Cinder growls and gives a glance at Emerald as she gives a nod and activates her semblance before Cinder dashes at Josh again, This time however he starts swinging wildy and starts screaming
"WHAT THE HEY GET AWAY" he screams while swinging his katana towards the sky, Cinder takes this opportunity to strike at his legs but Josh stabs his sword down and blocks both blades, Cinders eyes widen and she looks up as josh looks down at her with his finger making his skin under his eye to go down and he sticks his tongue out taunting her
"what think that silly old semblance will make me see shit?" he laughs before kicking Cinder in the face and sending her crashing into Emerald and they both groan
"wellllll that was boring cya" Josh says before turning into black goo and going into Y/n, he stares at them for a moment before turning around and walking back into the castle and to Salem
"my my he is quiet the intresting one" Tyrian says while rubbing his hands together as Hazel and Watts nod in agreement
small timeskip
Y/n finishes his walk and is behind Salem due to the fact that she hasn't moved form her previous position and gazes down at the trio before turning around and walking up to Y/n and cupping his cheeks again with her hands, his face turns into one with slight discomfort due to Salem pumping a little more magic into him as his veins in his face turn black and then back to normal
"amazing as ever Y/n" she comments before leaning up and giving him a soft kiss and sits down on her throne as he stands idly by her
"i have so much in store for you my king~"
