A week later
"Demarcus stop moving your head." I said while giggling as I braided his hair.
"Yes ma'am." He said.
"Your weird." I said while laughing.
I was almost done with the last braid.
I was done with it.
"Look at me." I told Demarcus.
He turned around and I started smiling like Baby. He looked fine asf.
He started smiling too which made me giggle. I hopped on his lap and wrapped my legs around his waist.
"You know your fine as fuck right?" I asked smiling.
I wrapped my arms around his shoulders.
I kissed him on his cheek. He grabbed my chin and kissed me on my lips. I cuffed his cheek with my hand as we kissed. He squeezed my ass and I moaned softly.
I started sucking on his neck. I only wanted to leave a hickey just to remind him who he belonged to.
He picked me up and placed me on his kitchen counter.
I felt my stomach start to hurt. I don't know why.
"Demarcus I don't feel too good can- I felt like I was going to throw up so I rushed upstairs to his toilet and threw up in it.
What is wrong with me? I didn't eat anything bad. I didn't eat that much hot chips. When I was over Tayshaun house I didn't eat anything we just talked wait...me and Tayshaun had sex and didn't use protection.

"Well jayla your not pregnant but there's something you can do if you are worried about because you have several eggs.." I heard the doctor say.
I sighed in relief.
"You could freeze your eggs." She said.
"No I'm good I don't want that to happen." I said.
"Well I guess we'll have to start you back on your birth control." She said.
"Yes." I said calmly.
I'm not happy but I'm not mad either.

I sat down in my bed and stared at the wall. I miss so many people right now. Especially my brother. I still can't believe he's gone. Like I really miss him and I don't know what I'm going to do when I move to Canada.
But I know I can't sit here and waist my time thinking I need to start packing my stuff but I also need help.
I grabbed my phone and called Demarcus and he didn't answer. I tried calling him again and still no answer.
I called Tayshaun and luckily he answered.
"Hello?"
"Can you come help me come pack my stuff?" I asked sniffing. I didn't notice until now that I was crying.
I quickly wiped my tears away and more just appeared.
"Jayla are you ok?"
"Yes I'm good but are you going to come or not?"
I was wearing a big sweater. My thumbs on my hand weren't visible since the sweater was so big. I wiped my tears again only with four fingers.
"Yes I'll be there in a minute."
"Ok bye."
"Bye."
I went down stairs and started taking pictures off my walls. As I was taking pictures down I noticed a picture of me and Darriyon when we were kids. I had forgotten to take it down.
It had a note on the back. Every picture in here had a note in the back that I wrote in my diary when I was little.
"Dear diary,
I met a boy to day his name is Darriyon. He helped me up when I fell off the monkey bars today. I asked him why he helped me he said that becase his momma told him to always help a female when they r in trouble. Usually boys only help me becase they know I'm tyrones sister. Darriyon let me wear his niky hedband to day. He said I could have but only if I let him have my cookie. I said yes. Anyways my momma is calling me for dinner and I know what we r eating we eating spaghetti and garlic bread. My favorite. Bye diary."
I tear came down on the letter as I read the paper. I wiped my tear and threw the letter and picture away. I honestly believe that Darriyon actually did love me at one point but things happened and I could never forgive him for what he did to me.
I put my hair into a ponytail as I read all the other letters...
Dear diary... my pops bought me my own set of boxing gloves he told me not to tell mother though...
Dear diary... Tyrone says I should stop hanging out with brianna but I don't see anything wrong with her...
Dear diary...momma goes into surgery today and I'm very scared pops says I have nothing to worry about but Tyrone says that it's mommy's time to go. I have absolutely no idea what he means by that...

"So what are you doing with this furniture." Tayshaun asked.
I thought about selling it but I forgot that it came with the house.
"Nothing it has to stay in the house since it came with it." I said.
"Nothing can go with me but my shoes clothes and probably the pictures too." I said.
"Everything else has to go." I said.
"Jayla are you ok you seem off." He said.
"I'm ok." I said.
"Anyways why didn't you have Demarcus do this." He asked.
"I tried but he wouldn't answer the phone." I said.
I put all of my belongings in a suitcase I needed 2 of them and now I was all ready to go.
"I thought you were leaving Friday." He said.
"No I leave tomorrow."
