Chapter3: The night that rookie will never forget

It was 2:00am into the new morning, when rookie and garland was at rookie's place ready to wide down for some rest.

Rookie said, "here you go garland" you will be sleeping in my spear room for tonight. "Thanks rookie", garland said. Now is there anything u need before I head to sleep?, No its okay just wanted to say goodnight rookie. with a tired smile rookie said, alright good night garland.

It was about 7:15 am in the morning and rookie was cooking up some good old fashion eggs and bacon. Two minutes later garland was up and I saw garland smelling the food I was cooking up for the both of us.

Rookie said, "Morning garland" how's your sleep? It's was nice never slept in a bed like that before, well welcome to my apartment garland.
Rookie walked over and gave garland a good made breakfast that she cooked up a min ago.

Rookie said, "Here u go garland" hope u like my home cooking. Garland took a bite of it and said in a instead, "wow" rookie this is really good, thanks garland not that many people get to say that about my food. Really why? Well because I live alone and your the first person to ever fine me, "oh" garland said in a calm but worried manner.

It's alright garland, it's just ever since we left the system I disappeared, for me I never thought anyone could find me but I guess you did, "yeah" garland said in a quiet calm manner.

Rookie came and sat next to garland at the dining table, so garland before u came to find me what did u do when u left the system? Ummm well you see rookie it was abit different for me when I left the system, what you mean different garland?

Well when I left the system, I never thought the world would be like this so different, change ever since the agreement signing that japan did with england. I guess I just kept on moving about, trying to make a living for myself, I guess I'd never stayed in one place before.

"I see", you know garland you can stay with me if you like, so you won't have to worry anymore. Oh rookie I don't want to trouble you, "hey" you're been a well known friend of mine okay, I mean I have a spear bedroom that I don't use.... anyway you can have it okay.

In just under a minute I never suspected the old mess pot garland would ever hug me but he did.... a tight hug too. "Thank you rookie", you know I never thought someone like you would ever do that, yeah I guess growing up over the years really change me.

I mean from the very beginning of my life I didn't have self control over my own mind but as I got older I realised what I was doing, was wrong. After that I got the punishments because I didn't follow orders but ever since being free from the system that's all different now, yeah I mean I still got the marks on my back but I don't let that frighten me anymore.... after rookie said that, just 30 seconds from rookie calmly crying to wiping away the last couple of tears away from her face.

"You okay rookie" garland asked calmly, yeah I'm good garland it's just a faded memory that likes to come back and haunt me sometimes but I'm good. Anyway let's finish are breakfast and see where are day takes us, alright okay..... after almost a hour of talking to garland and eating breakfast, it was about 8:10 am and after cleaning up from breakfast, me and garland got change so they can get on with their day.

At 8:30 am, I was still in my room finishing off getting change hoping garland won't walk by and see me through the crack in my door without a shirt on because knowing my history with that boy, he tends to getting a peek of the girl's getting change and just to say garland court me a few times when I don't have a shirt on or something like that.

So as I finally finished getting change, I was just about to head out of my room when my cat like sences heard my door move but knowing me, I knew it was garland peeking through the door. "You can come out from peeking through the door garland"..... sorry rookie force of hapit I guess, it's alright garland but knowing you, you'd always like to see a girl getting change, after rookie said that she playfully patted garland's shoulder whist working passed him..."hey" garland said Shockley with abit of surprise tone in his voice, after garland followed quickly followed rookie to the living room they set out for what they need to do today.

It was 9:05am and finally both knew what they needed to do for today. So rookie you all plan and ready for today?....yeah I am, how about you?
Ready as I ever be. Well alright then so when your finished with everything you need to do today come meet me at my night club alright, okay cool by the way I didn't know you own a night club..... well garland there's alot of things about me theses days you don't know about me, but maybe if you are lucky I might tell you a few secrets of mine but that's a big if though... alright rookie I'll meet you there when I'm finished.

As rookie and garland went out from rookie's home and went on with their day, it was about 10:15pm at night and rookie was at the night club getting ready for another night of crazy,wild fun at the club.... it was about 10:20pm and lucky enough garland came just in time before the club was about to open in like 10 mins.

So garland what you think of my night club?... it's very wild in here, no wonder alot of people like to come here. Yeah no wonder, I just like to see people have a wild crazy night and party till they drop. Anyway garland what drink would you like, to get your party legs because knowing you I know you'd be over there by my dancers throwing money at them.

Well I'll have a manhattan, soo a manhattan drinking boy...hey, well alright then one manhattan coming up... here u go garland hope u enjoy a wonder night at rooks of thorns night club, oh I will rookie I will.

As the clock got to 10:30pm, the crazy night at my night club began and just to say I never thought I'd ever see garland have a good time here at the night let's just hope he doesn't get too drunk now.

The night went on and as usually it was one of those nights where everyone in london just wanted to wined down and have a wild night at the club and just to say I did get a lot of drunk people tonight but not to worry, I got it covered.

As the crazy night went on, it was finally closing time at the club, as just to say the closing time at my night club is about 2:00am or if I'm feeling nice about 3:00am, have a extra hour to go wild on. Anyway finally getting everyone out, thanks to my big strong body guards at the front door of the club, I finally finished getting the whole place clean and giving my whole staff their payment for tonight, I finally was able to lock up and if your wondering what happened to garland he ended up getting mess up drunk but thankfully one of my staff is giving me and garland a ride so at least I won't have to worry about garland being such a pain when he drunk.

Anyway after locking up and getting a ride with one of my staff, me and garland finally got home safely and was about to wined down after a long crazy,wild night at the club. The time was about 3:25am and rookie was finally about to get some sleep when you know who woke up from his drunken night out.

"Here rookie" garland said weirdly from still being half drunk, can I stay in your room tonight? "Why".... rookie said in a tired but calm manner, I know I might be half drunk right which I am but sometimes I don't like being on my own if I'm like this.

Alright garland but must you stay on one side of my bed alright, "yesss rookie" garland said in a drunk manner. As garland stumbled across to one side of my bed and went to close my bedroom door and got back into bed, where garland was almost about to pass out again from the drunkeness were he asked me a surprising question I never thought someone in garland's state of drunkness would ever ask me, which was "hey rookie how did you get a night club soo quick at your age" well the club wasn't really mine at the start, you see when I first got out of the system I too had no idea what I wanted to do when i got out.

But a good friend of mine who'd sadly passed away a few months back, gave me his night club when he went into retirement, I worked for him for a few weeks and then he decided to retire and gave the night club to me... it's been popular ever since one month of redesigning and redecorating that place, I know I made him proud...anyway enough of me going down memory line, let's get some sleep shall we... alright rookie.

As rookie was about to fall asleep, she felt garland's arms wrap around her waist you know I'd never thought garland had the balls of going that far near me I guess this night I won't be forgetting for awhile but just saying I thought I would never feel the warm feeling that garland is giving me right now but don't worry I'll make shore he won't do any funny business tonight .... hopefully.
