Chapter 13

Ashton was more than happy. And as Luke stepped out of the room after playing some video games,he leaned in and pecked his lips,causing the wavy-hair boy to grin for an hour or so.

He spent his day just writing his late essays since his English teacher asked for them. He wasn't able to focus though,felling a bit hyper with happiness when just thinking of what happened.

"Ashton!!" he hears his father calling and he gets off his comfortable bed with a sigh,putting his papers down on it and opening the door.

As he walks down the stairs,he finds his fathers working on a small party. Louis putting up decorations as he smelled a cake smell coming from the kitchen. It was an orange cake, Darcy's favorite ,and Ashton just hates orange so maybe no cake for him tonight.

"Help me with putting these up" Louis says since Ashton is an inch or two taller than his father. He takes the ballons,putting them up and just spends the next two hours helping his father.

He walks in the kitchen,looking at the decorated with whipped cream and cherries cake with a grin. He walks to it,about to take a cherry but stops as soon as a spoon smacks his hand.
"Ouch!!" he groans,rubbing his hand and looking up at Harry. "why did you do that?!"

"You can't eat the cake now,Ashton. It's your sister's cake" Harry says and just puts on some of the eatable glitter, giving it a look. He grins,satisfied with his work.

Ashton mumbles something under his breath which causes Harry to gasp in horror. He doesn't like when his kids curse. Although,louis always does it and maybe that's why they learned causing from a rather very young age.
Ashton just walks out,sitting on the couch and taking his phone out,seeing that he has a text from Luke. He grins like an idiot as he opens it.

And there I thought I was going to end up going to prom with a my sister xD but now I have you ;)

Ashton giggles because literally Luke asked him for prom. He bit his lip happily,putting his phone in his pocket

Darcy stepped in the house with Ryan,seeing the lights were off. She put them on,only to hear a loud "Surprise!". A wide smile formed on her face as she saw her parents and there friends,Ashton and his friends. Some of her friends were there too.

Harry walked over to her,hugging her "happy birthday,darling." he says and Darcy just feels so happy. Louis hugs her too,saying his happy birthdays and then the rest of the people showers her with birthday wishes and compliments.

"Darcy,look at this!" Her cousin,the daughter of her aunt felicite, was balancing herself on one leg and Darcy giggles cause this four years old girl is just so damn cute.

While Darcy was having fun with her friends and family and her lovely boyfriend,Ashton was sitting down on the couch,watching as everyone was trying to talk to her. It was always his sister. Even if it's a small party in their house,Darcy would get the full attention while Ashton stayed on his place,either texting Luke or playing on his phone.

He glanced at the empty plates on the table,leaning back and looked at Luke who was writting something on a paper. Calum sat next to him "hey,whats wrong?" he asks and Ashton just shrugs,fiddling with the hem of his shirt.

Calum and Ashton talked about and he was glad when calum invited him over next Wednesday. But,was disappointed when knowing that his Luke was leaving to go with his family to their parents house,but he didn't whine about it.

Later after the party was over,Luke stayed the night and played some video games with Ashton.

While they did so,Darcy and Ryan were being all sweet together,cuddling on Darcy's big chair. They were laying on it,looking at the tv. Time passed as soft kisses and sweet words were said and soon they fell asleep.

Harry was going to say his goodnights to his kids. He walked to Darcy's room,opening the door and seeing Darcy and Ryan laying on the couch chair,Ryan's arm around Darcy and a blanket covering their body. Darcy's phone was beside her and Harry smiled. He stayed for a moment,staring at the loving pair then walked out,closing the door lightly.

He walked to Ashton's room and opened the door. Gasping in horror when he saw his room messy with soda cans and a pizza box on the floor. Ashton was laying on the bed,spread on it like a starfish and Luke was scoring some balls in the basketball rim.

"Guys,its getting late. You should sleep" Harry complains and Ashton turns his head,looking at his father who gave him a look because of his messy room.

"Okay,Luke. Bed time" Ashton says "close the lights,father" he says and Harry nods,stepping out and closing the lights then the door.

Luke lays down on the bed and feels Ashton's arm wrapping around him. He smiles,snuggling closer to Ashton and engulfing his warmness. he sighs happily and Ashton does too. After a kiss goodnight,they both fall asleep.

It's Wednesday. Ashton was going to visit Calum tonight and Calum said that there was a surprise. After finishing school,he went home. He studied for his coming exam and played a bit basketball,thinking that he's some famous player and making voices as of the crowd roaring.

Darcy was in Ryan's car who was driving her home after having lunch together. He stopped in a red light,turning to Darcy and swallowing.
"Racy" he calls her name and Darcy smiles widely because it has been so long since the last time Ryan called her with that nickname. She turned her attention to Ryan and her smile fell when she saw the expression on her boyfriend's face.

"What's wrong?" She asks,glamcing at the traffic and making sure it didn't turn green yet.

"Remember the Liverpool university? The one which I have been trying for two years to get into?" He asks and Darcy nods slightly,swallowing because she's afraid of what's coming next.
"Well,I had signed a few months ago and I just got a comformation for it" Darcy smiled alittle because finally what Ryan wished for is coming true.

But,realization hit her when she rethought about it.

Ryan would move out.
