Behind a second star

An unwelcome hello

"This is the secret" the small troll began,"but I like to call it..."
BEEP BEEP BEEP. Fabien yawned and stretched his arms as he rose to a seated position in his bed. It had been a long night,he and Lyla  had been banished to their room as soon as their bland leek soup had been consumed.

He had barely opened his eyes when he found himself walking towards the the old wardrobe (he had found out the night before that it didn't house a secret entrance  to narnia so had a alowed himself to gloomily put his own clothes inside). With another gargantuan yawn he retrieved a pair of worn out old jeans, a muddy yellow t-shirt and rough blue fleece.

As he reached for the doorknob he noticed that in its place was moldy old sticky role! Distrusted Fabien retracted his hand and headed for the old fashioned bathroom. "Lyla and her morning tricks!" He mumbled under his breath."I'll never see them coming."

One all the sticky role remains were gone and the old cristal doorknob put in its rightful place Fabien entered the stuffy kichen to find his sister with a cheesy grin plastered on her face. She was only three days older but still managed to act like the boss whenever he was around, but what Fabien never understod was why she was so good at hiding the truth.he pushed that thought away and took a seet at the decaying table befor reaching for the cornflakes.

"So", Nell began in her usual cheery tone "How was your night sleep?"

Lyla looked up with a 'what do you think' face on; but as she looked closer all she saw was a frekled face with thin blond hair she must have been wearing a ton of make up. 'Explaines why she always has slightly less defined features.

Breakfast was almost over when the siblings' grandmother walked in. Elanor was the mother of their father  and ever since his death she had reduced their contact to close to nothing. She shot Nell a spitful look before glancing at Lyla and Fabien: she had never invited them over only agreed to their mothers pleads. All they could do was look down and ask to be exused but befor they could go Elanor interupted them. With a deep breath she had but one unwelcome thing to say,"Hello"
