Jinree's POV

After Math class, us three went out and saw an annoyed Wooseok waiting for us outside our class with Hyemi practically clinging onto him. "Heyy oppa, come with us to lunchhh" Hyemi begged Wooseok, "I told you for the millionth time I wont. " Wooseok said in a annoyed tone. I pity him, I feel like this always happens.

"Hey get your hands of him. " Saemi unnie said in a stern voice with a facial expression that scared even me to death. After she said that, Hyemi instantly lets go of Wooseok, scuffed, rolled her eyes and walked away while flipping her hair.
"does it always happen?" Eunsang asked the two while they nodded. "Its even worse in class" Wooseok said. We walked to our next class, we all had this class together which is Gym.

Seungwoo's POV

After Saemi and Eunsang left for recess, I also left but didn't go to the cafeteria. Instead I went to an abandoned classroom at the top floor. The top floor is just used as storage but one room is vacant so thats where I spend most of my time. I pack food and eat it here since I don't want to be seen in the cafeteria. While eating I think of how miserable my life is.

Im such a stupid person for letting them get the best of me, I regret not fighting back. Its too late now. I wish I had my brother with me, He was always there during my hard times. Now he's lost, us not knowing if he's still alive or dead. I know he's still alive and will come back to us someday. His sudden dissapearance was at the same day those rumors spreaded, It was the most awful day of my life. It was when my whole life fell apart.

I feel stupid for pushing away the people who tried to be my friends after my downfall. I feel stupid for letting fear get me. I regret doing everything. What if I just dissapear from the world? no one would really care right?. As I was having those thoughts, the bell rings indicating recess is over and class is about to start, I head down and walk to class.

I entered class through the front door since the back door was locked, when I entered all eyes were on me. I went straight to my seat at the back near the window and looked out.

Infront of me was Hyemi and Wooseok, Hyemi was flirting with Wooseok alot. Wooseok was one of the people who are nice to me even after my downfall. I pity him having to always be bothered by this brat of a girl.

time skip to Gym class

I was on my way to gym class when I saw Jinree, Eunsang, Wooseok, and Saemi head to gym also. We all reached the door but before I got to enter a voice called me "Seungwoo yah!" Saemi called, I stopped at my tracks and looked at her. "Hi, How are you?" Wooseok asked as they reached where I was.

"Good" I said and gave them a small smile. Their group of friends were the only persons in school who were still nice to me. I felt comfort for them whenever they talked to me. They also sometimes stand up for me when scenes were about to be made.

Were some words I heard- no stratch that words that were being said to me while I was walking to class,  I had my head looking down from embarrasment. I just came back after my 3 months suspension. I was accused of rape towards my ex-girlfriends bestfriend.
"Hey! enough of your shouting!" a voice of a girl was heard, soon everyone stopped shouting and gave way. I looked to see who it was, It was Saemi with Wooseok and Seungyoun heading my direction. I walked to class again until I felt a pair of hands on my shoulder.

"Hey" Seungyoun said hands still on my shoulder. "We'll take care of this, don't worry" Wooseok said. "LISTEN UP EVERYONE, I KNOW ALL OF YOU HEARED RUMORS OF HIM. BUT HOW ARE YOU ALL SURE THEY'RE TRUE?! OPEN UP YOUR DAMN EYES GUYS! ONE MORE COMMOTION WHERE I HEAR YELLING OUT HATERED IM GONNA DO LEGAL ACTIONS TOWARDS YOU ALL." Saemi shouted out. She was the Council president so she had rights here.

After that all the students walked away completely scared. "now they're gone, If anyone says a word about those to you tell me immediately and i'll really do those legal actions I was talking about." Saemi assured me with a smile and walked away with the two other boys. "We have your back bro" Seungyoun added before leaving

back to present time
Us five went in class and all eyes were staring at us because I was with them.
Wooseok told me to sit with them in the bleachers and I accepted. Someone tapped my shoulder and said "Hi again" I looked at my side and saw that it was Jinree. "oh hi" I said and gave her a small smile, Im still think she haven't heard the rumors yet.

"uh im Jinree, I think you already know that" she said in a cute voice, I chuckled and smiled at her again. "Yeah hehe, I'm Han Seungwoo and sorry for not talking to you at class awhile ago, Im not really that social, " I muttered the last part. "its okay, I know why. But I don't really have any right to judge you since I dont know the whole story." She said.

Her response made me smile. "Why are you being so nice?" I asked. I've never encountered a girl like her before, except Saemi ofcourse. I was always judge by the newbies here aswell.

"those are just rumors, right? every fool can know but only a few can understand. stupid are those who believe of the unknown." She said in a reassuring voice with a soft smile, I felt my heart stop a beat after she said that. She was right, Maybe its time to open up to the people who actually want to comfort me.
I can't forever hide in the shadows can't I?

"Eyy Seungwoo hyung, why don't you join us later at Lunch?" Wooseok offered. Its a perfect time to change myself and be surrounded with people who accept me. "Sure, I'd like that" I accepted and smiled at them.
