➯Chapter 9

Seungwoo's POV

First period ended and it is now recess. We went to the cafeteria and met with the rest.
"Good morning guys" Jinree said as we reached the table where everyone was at. ''Goodmorning''s and "how are you"s where heard being exchanged as we took a seat.

"Seungwoo hyung looks less tensed today" said Minhee who was chewing on his sandwich. "Thats a good sign then!" Seungyoun cheered. I smiles at them and started eating my food. "soo why don't we talk about the Concert??" Saemi suggested, Everyone nodded in agreement while still eating. "When will it be held this year?" I asked. "We were thinking of having it before the school's semester break, which is next month, Right?" Seungyoun said, confirming the date. "Yepp,  We planned to make it extra special this year since its after exams, Students needs to enjoy you know" Yohan replied.

"So its like a free day??" Eunsang asked "Yes. In the morning, each classroom will have booths and stands. The money they collect would be split into 30% and 70%. 70% for their classroom funds and 30% will go to the charity the school sponsors." Wooseok said. "and at night, its a party! The concert is the center of it all! Alot of students performs different acts. Some Sing, some dance, Others perform as a group, others do acrobatics, magic tricks, and my personal favorite is the one who did the dog show" Hyeongjun replied happily. 
"Woahhhhh that sounds funnnn!!" Jinree exclaimed "It sure is!" Dongpyo said happily.

"So are we gonna perform this year?" Hangyul asked. "You guys should!" Jinree said, "after hearing you guys in the kareoke booth, I wanna hear you guys sing in stage!"   she added. "not only do we sing, we also dance while performing songs we make!" Junho said which made Jinree even more happy "Woahhhh now I wanna see you guys on stage moreee" She said happily clasping her hands together. "We totally should perform, We have Seungwoo hyung back and we could teach Eunsang our routine aswell!" Yohan said. "Im not sure I should be joining you guys" I said.

Jinree's POV

"Im not sure I should be joining you guys" Seungwoo said sounding sad, he looked down at the table and gave a sigh. "Just walking down the halls everyone looks like they want to kill me. What more if they see me on stage? the performance will just be ruined. As much as I want to be back on stage, Im sure they'll prefer me just hiding again." He added sighing.

"Hey Woo, The concert is a place where people are free to express theirselves. Hey, even that campus nerd who everyone makes fun of was happily peaceful at last year's concert. Its a free day, They'll treat you nicely don't worry, Because if they don't, they'll face me." Saemi unnie said smiling at him. Everyone agreed to what she said "Remember what I told you?" I asked him, He looked at me and he nodded.
"no matter how much people laugh at you because of a mistake, It won't change the fact that they also did a mistake so you are not different from them. The only difference is, you didn't laugh at their mistake." He said and smiled. Everyone smiled at Seungwoo.

"Alright, I'll join" He said which made everyone happy.

hello! sorry for not updating much and sorry for a short chapter. i've been having a writer's block and when i try to write nothing really comes in. anyways, its been 3 months since X1's d.... But I know one its are fighting for the reboot, we will win this💖
