JADE

We've been walking for exactly ten minutes now in the dark without any light at all. At first, we're a bit hesitated to walk without any source of light but Perrie told us that it'll be a lot safer if we do that. She assures us that there will be no down slopes or dangerous hole in our way but when I asked her how can she be so sure; she just winks at me.

Samantha recommended to use a rope as a trail to others, Perrie will hold the other end while I hold the other one. Our line position is like this, Perrie, Michelle, JB, Samantha and me. We gave the two young Edwards two handguns each, while we gave submachine guns to Samantha. We don't have any powerful weapons with us right now but as soon as we reach those vehicles, I'm sure we'll be ready for our final fight with Mr. Choi.

"I do have a feeling that Mr. Choi already knows that Larry exposed his secrets to you." We heard JB said, "Remember, he's one step ahead of us since the beginning."

"So you mean, he's planning on something against us?" Michelle asked her cousin "Possible but why don't you ask Perrie." Though it's dark, our eyes are already adjusted to our dark surrounding and since the three Edwards are all blonde, Samantha and I are both brunettes.

"What do you think, Perrie?" she stops walking and looks back at us "I honestly don't know what to think." She answered.

"What do you mean?" Samantha asked "I'm still having doubt who to believe. You or them."

"So you're doubting on Jade?" Michelle asked her, she look at me and I can see her sparkling blue eyes "It's okay, you can't remember anything so I can understand." I said to her and give her a small smile.

"I'm sorry, Jade. As much as I want to trust you, I still have a lot of questions running in my mind."

"You don't have to apologize." I saw Samantha look at me and I know this girl knows me a lot "Why don't you switch places with Michelle for a while, so you and Perrie can talk about our plan." She said.

"It's dangerous for you to—"

"I'll be fine Jade." Samantha said interrupting me, I nod my head at her and give her the end of the rope then walk towards Michelle's place as they move back "Samantha..." we heard Perrie said.

"Yeah?"

"Please watch your back." Samantha nods her head and smiles at her "What does she mean by that? That someone is following us from behind?" JB asked, "No dummy, it's just a precaution." Michelle answered.

"Then let's switch places." I look at Perrie and she's looking at me too "What? Why?"

"Well if Samantha will die first then I don't want to be the next one."

"JB Edwards!" me and Perrie said in unison "What? Like what Mich said, it's just a precaution."

"If you don't stop, I'll put you in front." JB sticks out her tongue on her eldest cousin as we continue to walk. No one is saying something so we can easily hear our surroundings.

"Are you mad at me?" I look at Perrie when I hear her voice "No, why?" I answered.

"Because I still have doubts despite the things you said to me and..."

"And what?"

"And my dream..."

"Like what I've said, I understand what you're feeling. I think I'll feel the same way if I were in your shoes." She looks back at me for a while and shakes her head "Your eyes tell the opposite."

"What do you mean?" she stops once more and looks straight at me "There's a distant look in your eyes, Jade. I may not remember you but I don't know why I suddenly care about you."
