After that date, came many more as they spent almost every moment of their final year in high school together.

Were some people jealous of their relationship? Of course they were, but they questioned it as they all had a feeling it would happen.

Life was seemed so perfect in this moment or so they thought.

Reality happened. College entrance exams, grades, deciding the rest of their future soon came crashing into all the seniors like a hurricane.

To say it is really stressful is an understatement.

Not to mention that Jungkook's parents weren't really helping the situation.

"We've noticed your grades have gone down son." His father spoken as his mother soon threw his last exam paper on the desk right in front of him. "Yeah, care to explain this?"

He looked down on the paper to read the number 92 scribbled in red ink.

"The test was quite hard, but I got the highest score in class."

"But, it's not a 100, now is it." His mother said, crossing her arms on her chest.

"Well, no." He said, putting his head down knowing there was nothing else to say.

"I knew it. Jungkook, you're grades have been slacking and I don't like this at all. And this is not the first test you have gone under our expectations. You haven't been doing well this entire semester and I won't tolerate it any longer." His mother spoke with a harsh tongue as her words felt like poison.

"I have a feeling it has something with that girl he's been seeing." His father now spoke up.

His eyes shot wide as he looked up at them. "You mean Sunhee?"

"Ugh is that what her name is?" His mother said which made his fist bawl up slightly. "Well if she's the cause of this then I don't want to see her anywhere near you."

"What?!" Jungkook finally spoke up as he immediately stood up. "She has nothing to do with this! This is all on me."

"Well you have never been slacking this hard until you started seeing her. She's a danger to your future. How can top universities accept you if they see these kinds of grades? Do you think SNU would accept such a student? How will you ever become a successful lawyer?" His mother replied.

"Well, what if I don't want to go to SNU or what to be a lawyer!" He spoke back which caused his mother to pay her heart in shock.

"What are you saying? Do you want to see your mother hurt?"

"No I'm saying-"

"Jungkook! Apologize to your mother now!" His dad yelled l, cutting him off.

"No, you guys aren't understanding what I'm say-"

"Oh we understand plenty. I forbid you from seeing that girl anymore. Go break up with her instantly!" His mother yelled

"Why?! What if I say no?"

"Don't defy your mother. Do as your told. Trust me, boy, if you know what's good for you." And with that his parents left him alone in his room, feeling frustrated and heartbroken.

"You know you should just go there if you really want to instead of staring at the pamphlet." Sunhee giggled.

It was during lunch on a Monday. Jungkook never told Sunhee what happened at home as he didn't want to.

"I don't know anymore." He sighs.

"What do you mean? With your grades, you can definitely go to SNU without a doubt. I mean you got chosen to be the class president and valedictorian for a reason right." She smiled.

"I suppose, but SNU isn't really the school I want to go to, if anything I would love to go to school with you." He said, taking a hold of her hand, giving her a soft smile as she blushed.

"Oh no, don't let me hold you back from such an amazing university. I'm just gonna end up in an average college nearby." She said, with a pout.

"I'm not. In fact SNU is not even my dream school. It's my parents. They want me to be a lawyer." He said with a slight frown on his face.

"And what do you want to be?" She asked.

He thought about it for a second. "Okay this may sound silly, but I always kind of wanted to be a singer."

"Really?"

"Yeah, please don't tell anybody or make fun of me."

"Why would I? You want to make music?" He nodded. "That's amazing!" She exclaimed.

"You think so?"

"Of course! If that's what you want to do and be, then I'll support you a hundred percent!"

"If only my parents could be like that." He said in a low voice.

"Well maybe you should tell them."

"They won't listen."

"Well, it's up to you. You can do amazing things no matter where you go I suppose as long as you're happy doing it. Whether you go to SNU or not? Whether you're a lawyer or a singer? Do what makes you the happiest and don't care about what anyone else thinks." She said.

"Easier said then done." He replies back, slightly bitter.

"Well it's your own life Jungkook. Are you going to live it in your dreams or your parents'?

Soon lunch was over and they headed back inside, but he kept replaying her words.

Maybe they are right.
