"Dad, please calm down. I can explain." Jin tried to reason out to his father, his eyes are now landing and begging for his mother to intervene. "Don't get mad, Dad, or you will die of heart attack!"

Jin was panicking, he didn't know Taehyung would just say those words out of nowhere. It was supposed to be a secret for now, but because of Taehyung, everything is in chaos.

"How can I calm down? You're still young and would do well in the near future!"

"Mr. Kim -" Taehyung spoke again after some time, he was sure as hell that his heart stopped beating the moment he said those words. He just wanted to make Jin assured that he is not loving anyone else aside from him and he thought maybe, telling the truth to Jin's parents will make him think that he is serious about their relationship.

"Don't Mr. Kim me! Why did you say this only now?"

"I am sorry Mr. Kim, it's my fault. Jin really wanted to obey you on his 30-year-old pact with you and I urged him to defy your laws. I know it's unforgivable but I've been waiting too long for your son, sir. I'm afraid that if I would not make a move he will just be gone and will find someone else other than me."

Jin didn't expect Taehyung to actually talk back to his father, but he is also touched by how courageous Taehyung is. Before, when they were just friends Taehyung would always feel awkward and almost want to pee when his father is around. But seeing him like that made Jin proud that he chose the right man.

"I know that you have a special feeling for my son. I saw the way you look at him, it's the same way I look at his mom. I just wished you didn't lie to us, we won't prevent him from being happy. We love him too much."

Taehyung and Jin were surprised at how Jin's father reacted just now, a while ago he is so mad, now, he is calm and seemed to be happy?

"Dad, you're not mad?"

"No, I'm just shocked that finally this kid finally made a move. I thought he's too shy to even voice out that he likes you. I was rooting for the two of you. Why do you think I still let him be your friend if I don't like him?"

Jin's eyes became watery and he hugged his father. "Thanks, dad."

"No problem, son. And you, Taehyung!" Jin's father motioned Taehyung to come near him and the other obeyed.

"Yes sir?" Taehyung was still in shock because he is still alive and not punched by Jin's father as of the moment but he still fears for dear life.

"First, don't call me sir. Call me Dad. Second, how much do you love my son?"

"So much sir. Even if he is too innocent at times or he's too literal. Every inch and every part of him is lovable for me. I can't imagine my life not being with him, I think I would die, sir - I mean Dad. I can't express how much I love him it's too deep and different. It's like half of my soul is in him."

Jin's dad was moved and he believes everything Taehyung said. "Kid, take care of my son. He's so precious to me. Hurt him or I will kill you."

Taehyung nodded his head.

"But answer me one last question, I want you to be honest. Did you already had sex?"

Jin's face flushed and so is Taehyung's. Both of them got tongue-tied.

"Answer me!" Jin's dad was back at being scary and intimidating.

"Y-yes, sir. I'm sorry sir. I just can't refrain myself, your son is too magnificent. I will take responsibility for it, sir. I will marry him, if you want I can marry him now. I had our house prepared, it just needed people to live in there. And that house is solely made for Jin, sir. Your son's future is secured already, sir."

Jin's dad laughed at Taehyung because he finds him hilarious and his panicky state is looking adorable for the older man.

"Good job. I thought my son would die a virgin, luckily he is not. Did you take advantage of your business trip? Did you give him sleepless nights? You should get my son pregnant already! I wanted to have grandchildren!"

"Dad! Why are you like that? I thought you said sex is bad and dirty and is done only by married couples?"

"Jin, son, did you felt bad when you did it?"

Jin shook his head, embarrassed.

"You know that by now. You're grown up. Thank goodness Taehyung came and saved our son. I can now sleep peacefully. Taehyung, you will stay the night here. Just don't be too loud if you decided to have some quality time together, okay?"

Taehyung just nodded his head. He is speechless. They've been so afraid of telling them the truth, yet here they are, being accepted and welcomed.

"Tae, you and Jin go upstairs. I can handle this. Your dad is just like that. Don't be shocked." Jin's mom guided them to Jin's room upstairs.

"Goodnight, Jin, Taehyung."

"Night, mom."

Jin closed the door and faced Taehyung, "What came to your mind and you just admitted to my father that we are in a relationship?"

"I just wanted to make you feel that I love you. You treated me so coldly this whole day and I can't stand it. I don't want you to be cold towards me, so I have to do something to make you feel my love."

Jin just fondly smiled at him, "I'm not mad anymore, Tae. I love you too. I'm really happy father accepted us just like that "

"Yeah. I thought I was gonna die there."

Jin laughed at him, but suddenly remembered something, "Taehyung what about the house you are talking about?"

"Oh, that? I already made us a house three years ago. I'm very certain that I will marry you the first time I saw you so I did my best and built it for us."

Jin throw himself to Taehyung and hugged the other.

"I'm too lucky to have you, Taehyung. I loveyou so much."

"I love you too."
