Chapter 11

A/N: Hello to all my loves. Just so you know I decided to shorten all chapters to help me update everyday. In my own opinion, producing a 4000 words of update everyday will be the death of me, making me too drain to think and probably make all the said chapters took longer to finish. I even plan to finish this story by the end of October, so that I will be able to publish my book 2 for this series. But certain circumstances are not helping me at all. So please just bear with me with all the things that will definitely help me with my updates. So enjoy my daily updates guys.

The moment that he open his eyes, Nate was practically dialing her phone, probably contacting his brothers. This action suddenly hit him with the realization of the situation that will make him leave his school if his brothers will know about his situation now.

He immediately took hold of his cousin’s arm, making her attention focus from her phone to his face that was totally envelop with total sadness.

“Please Nate, don’t tell my brothers about this matter. Please, they will take me out of here if they will find out that I just have my episodes now. Please Nate, I’m begging you.”

“Yo! You are awake! Finally! What happened? Wait, don’t move. Let me call the doctor.”

“No it’s fine. I just feel a little light headed a while ago. But I’m fine now. So please Nate, don’t call my brothers. Please.”

“But Yo. This was totally dangerous. You should tell p’s about it. This is not something that should be hide to them.”

“I know. It’s just that this is not yet the best time to deal with these. I promise, I will be the one that will tell them about this thing. Just help me to cover it up. I’m really sorry Nate.”

He heard his cousin drew a deep sigh. Though she hate the idea of hiding such important detail about his cousin, this doesn’t leave her any choice. Just once, this once.

“Fine. But this was the only time that you will do this okay? Okay? Promise me.”

“Yes! Yes! Thank you Nate! Thank you!”

He jump from wherever hell he was sitting and give his cousin a sweet hug. Sometimes he really was thankful for having such an effective ways of begging. This was one of the times he was thankful of his appearance.

“Yo. Seriously, what happened? As far as I know, it was so long ago that you had your episodes. Technically, it was only triggered with unpleasant images or situations, but the thing that happened inside the auditorium was totally different. It seems that something totally triggered it. I was totally shocked and scared when you fall to your knees. Do you still remember what had happened?”

This was what he hate the most. The moment that he will suffer from his episodes, all relevant memories that had happened to him a while ago will totally diminished in his head, totally been washed out. So whatever happened a while ago, he cannot remember at all. It seems that it was his head has its own ways of erasing every untasteful things that was happening to him. He release a deep sigh that he was holding for a while now.
“No. Actually I don’t remember at all. I can’t see anything that had happened to me a while ago. Nate, what the hell happened?”

His cousin look at him, and he totally hate that looks that Nate was giving for the moment. Those were the looks that a lot of people used to give to him the moment that they will know his condition. Those looks that was making him feel weak and useless, a burden to his family. He lowered his head to avoid those looks. He was afraid that he might cower like a coward again. He was afraid to be judge again.

“I’m sorry. I-I…”

His cousin most probably sense his inner turmoil. He can see the regret that was now enveloping Nate.
