Chapter 28: Date

Allie's P.O.V

"She possesses the mother to kill the child!"

At the moment we were at the last fifteen minutes of The Conjuring and every single time something creepy happens Susan, Rick and Hillary screamed. To be truthful, it was really annoying.

"She just spat up blood!"

"Her face scares me!"

"I think I just pissed myself!"

See what I mean?

"I never wanna watch a horror movie ever again!" Susan says, hugging Hillary.

"Me either."

"You guys are such babies! Wrong Turn and Saw is more scarier!" Eric argues.

"Yeah."

"Can we change the subject please? I wanna do something fun."

"Like what, Matthew?"

"Hide and Seek, Blind Mans Buff or Truth or Dare?"

"How about we take a vote? Put your hand up for Hide and Seek!" Ryder says, Hillary and Linkin put their hands up, "Blind Mans Buff?" me, Eric, Ryder, Carly and Josh put our hands up, "and finally, Truth or Dare?" Zack, Hillary and Matthew put their hands up.

"Blind Mans Buff it is!" Carly laughs.

"Alright here are the rules, we have to hide in this room only, and every person for them self!" I say while removing a piece of hair that had fallen in to my face.

"Who wants to go first?"

"I will." Zack says.

"Here, put this on." I say, giving Zack my black fluffy scarf.

"Ok, when I spin ten times, you lot go hide." Zack starts spinning and we rush around the living room

A few giggles and laughs echoed in the room from all different directions and when Zack finished spinning, he went all wobbly and stumbled every now and then and looked completely confused. Carly finally let out a loud laugh and Zack followed the sound which was becoming from behind the sofa. Her and Josh quietly and quickly moved to the other side of the room while Zack still made his way behind the sofa, his arms out in front of him as his guidance.

I motion for Carly and Josh to join me and Ryder behind the TV. After awhile, the others caught on and joined us, but Zack seemed to hear us and came walking towards us. We squealed and laughed as we ran out from behind the TV, Zack catching loads of people in the process.

"Phew, that was long!" Zack groans and falls on the floor, wiping his sweaty face on his shirt.

"Allie come out here quickly," Ryder says to me and walks into the hallway.

"What'd you want Ry?"

"I'm taking you out tonight,"

"But the doctor said-"

"Forgot what the doctor said, it's only gonna be a couple of hours; I'll be fine." he smiles, "be ready at seven, you got two hours to get ready." he says and starts walking back into the living room.

"Wait, Ryder! What should I wear?" I asked.

"Something comfortable." he said and disappeared in to the living room. I ran up the stairs, two at a time and rush in to my room.

I walk over to my wardrobe and look through the clothes that are hanged up. Just as I was about to pull out a shirt, my bedroom door flung open and there stood Carly, Hillary and Susan.
