11 years passed, Jinyoung graduated High School feeling lonely since he broke up with Jihoon few weeks after what happened that time in the hospital. He realized that when he was with Jihoon those remaining time, he didn't feel the same since he was with Daehwi a lot that time. Had Jinyoung even found the younger yet? No. He tried everywhere before remembering how broken Daehwi looked and the assumption he had on him. He gave up and focused on school in order to graduate then go off to college. That was his plan at first but he stopped wanting to go since he was desperate to go find Daehwi. He was able to buy a house for himself to live in, what? He just wanna get away from his parents, besides he was already tired of them since they always expected the best out of him to show a good rep of them and himself.

"Should I go get something to eat? Or order a take out..?"

Jinyoung thought as his stomach growled in hunger, he rubbed his stomach then decided what to do. He went to the nearest cafe to meet one of his sunbae couple years back.

"Jjaeni, nice to see you again."

Jinyoung greeted as he came to the counter meeting Kim Jaehwan.

"Ah, ain't it our DeepDark. Say how was graduation?"

"It was fine, get me the usuals."

"Alright."

Jaehwan said as he presses on the buttons of the cashier as Jinyoung gave his money to pay for the ordered food.

"Minhyun sunbae~! I'm taking a break!"

Jaehwan shouted as he left the counter to walk with Jinyoung to a seat. Minhyun came out from his office once he heard Jaehwan's shout.

"Again? Why are- Oh! Jinyoung-ssi! Hey!"

Minhyun greeted as soon as he spotted Jinyoung with Jaehwan. Jinyoung smiles at his sunbae before waving him over. Minhyun walked over and pulled up a seat on the side of the table between Jaehwan and Jinyoung.

"How's the search going? Made any progress?"

Jinyoung slumps back into his chair once he realized what Jaehwan was talking about. From the looks and how Jinyoung acted, Minhyun and Jaehwan took a guess that nothing progressed yet.

"It's probably too late, he must've gone suicidal and did it alone."

"Hey there, Jinyoung, I understand how much you care for him but you can't just give up after how many years already."

Minhyun says as he trying to encourage Jinyoung to continue with his head up high. The bell rung from where the kitchen was, Jaehwan took his leave quickly to retrieve the food.

"Did you know something about Daehwi? I may have already asked before, but what make you suddenly feel- you know, different around him?"

Minhyun asks knowing it would take Jaehwan awhile to return back. Jinyoung sighs heavily as he tries to remember every scene he had with Daehwi.

"Hmm.. first time.."

As so for, Jinyoung talks about his encounter with Daehwi as Minhyun listens well. At the hospital scene 3 years ago, Jaehwan came back handing Jinyoung his food along with a drink for Minhyun. Minhyun looked down at his given drink and already knew there was going to be a heart on there.

"Sorry Jinyoung but Jaehwan, how many time do I have to tell you about making the heart like this in my drink?"

"What? I'm used to making the heart like that!"

"Tsk, whatever. Jinyoung, continue."

Jinyoung chuckled at the scene before finishing his story. Jaehwan was going to ask to repeat the first half, he was cut off by Minhyun quickly.

"Why would he just leave like that? Even though you saved his darn life."

"I don't know, people these days can change within a second without the person's consent."

The table went quiet, Jinyoung took the time to start eating. Another customer came in, Jaehwan took that as a cue to go back to work. Minhyun stayed as he watches the customer go up to the counter meeting Jaehwan there.

"Ah, sunbae."

"Hm?"

"Do you have an opening here? Since I'm trying not to live off my parent's money."

"Ah, yeah. The last one is Jaehwan's position, working as cashier."

"Great, I can learn off him... hopefully."

"If he doesn't do you any good, I'll help you learn the functions."

"Thank you sunbaenim."

"Come in whenever you're ready. And since we're gonna be seeing each other often, you can drop the formality and call me hyung if you like."

Jinyoung nods as he cleaned up his mess then stood up as Minhyun copies.

"Here, go on home and rest. I'll take care of your trash."

"No no, it's fine."

"I insist Jinyoung, you need to rest after all."

"Alright hyung, if you say so. Don't complain when I come in for work later!"

Jinyoung says as both of them laughed together, not realizing the other customer that walked in not too long ago was staring at them. Jinyoung waves a goodbye to Minhyun and back at Jaehwan as soon as he got to the door. As the door closes again, Minhyun went on and cleaned up the mess he had Jinyoung leave. As the customer handed over his money for the order he just placed.

"Keep the money, cancel my order too."

"B-But sir-"

Jaehwan was about to catch the person but he took off pass Minhyun and out the door. Minhyun looked at Jaehwan confusedly before walking over.

"Sunbae! I can explain. He left his money here and told me to keep it but then told me to cancel his order..."

Minhyun sighs as he looked out the window towards the streets spotting that customer from earlier.

"If that's the case, hold onto it for now, when he comes back, return his money."

He said then went to continue cleaning the table where they were sitting at. Afterwards, Minhyun's eyes never left the window till he forced himself back in his office. Jaehwan was bustling and hustling as customers come in and out but wasn't able to see the same customer from earlier.
