Daehwi was about to give up as his hand continue to slip and his arm grew numb. He glared down at where Jinyoung's head used to be. He looked up at his hand see bright red blood on his bandage.

"Argh... don't fail me now..."

Daehwi said to his hand that was slowly sliding off of the rails. He tried to climb up with his good foot but ended up making it worse. When his body fails to get up to something, it brings extra weight on his arm for that time being.

"Jin-Jinyoung...."

Daehwi says once more before losing grip of the rails, he thought it was over when he realizes that he couldn't grab back on no more. His hand remained reached out as time slowed for him.

"Is.. this.. it.."

Daehwi thought, he closed his eyes again not wanting to watch himself fall.

Jinyoung barged to the rooftop to see the glimpse of Daehwi's hand. He runs towards the edge immediately getting on his knees and reaching over the edge. As he saw Daehwi fall, he quickly reached out to the younger's hand and grabbed it.

"Daehwi.."

Jinyoung says softly as he called out to Daehwi who slowly opened his eyes. Jinyoung used his strength and pulled Daehwi up and over the rails. After meeting the ground, Daehwi rushed to Jinyoung and embraced him tightly. Jinyoung let Daehwi do whatever not minding that his shirt is going to be soaked.

"You're not hurt right?"

Jinyoung asks as he felt Daehwi's head shook, he let out a sigh of relief.

"Thank goodness."

He said as he pull Daehwi away for a good minute. Daehwi tears were still flowing as Jinyoung smile softly assuring Daehwi through it. He wipe away the tears before cupping his cheeks.

"You did well this time, but we need to-"

Jinyoung stops talking right as a gunshot was heard. Jinyoung stepped forward a little as he felt something impacted his back heavily. Another shot was heard and a body collapsed behind them. Jinyoung's body fell forward onto Daehwi as footsteps was rushed over.

"Was anyone hurt?"

A female officer shouts as her fellow officials surrounded the shooter. She spotted Daehwi who was with someone with a back full of blood. She put away her gun quickly and rushed towards Daehwi. Daehwi was still processing what happened to Jinyoung not noticing that someone was there with him. After having Jinyoung off his body and laid on the ground unconscious, he fell making the female officer worried. Daehwi's breathing gotten heavy as he stares at Jinyoung. He passes out with his thoughts only saying "It's your fault.".

Daehwi woke up gasping for air to only be back in his room. He glanced at his wrist to see a clean bandage over it. He heard nurses running as doctors were doing the same and shouting.

"Ji-Jinyoung..."

He mumbled as he get out of bed slowly and ended up falling against the cold tiled floor. He got back up slowlt then went to the nearly closed door and opened it to see people in bed with blood seen almost everywhere. People crying and shoutings were audible in the madness. Doctors shouting orders as for nurses running and shoving pass one and another. He kept looking and walked forward towards the sections trying to find him.

"Bae Jinyoung... wh-where are you..."

He mumbles as his pace picks up going every occupied bed that is not Jinyoung. Not paying attention to what was ahead of him, he ran into someone and ended up falling back to the ground. Feeling that he lost everything that was against him and his goals.

"It's my fault... it's all my fault!"

He partially shouts at himself as the person stared at him weirdly before offering his hand.

"Hey, get up. This event that happened isn't your fault."

The person said waiting for Daehwi to grab on, Daehwi ignored him of course and curled up rocking back and forth.

"Hey, who were you looking for? If it's to make you feel better, I can help you find that person."

Daehwi glances at the person who was smiling assuringly to him.

"Come on, let's look together yeah?"

Daehwi nodded lightly, the person helped Daehwi back up to his feet.

"Look for the name Bae Jinyoung."

Daehwi said, the person nodded and held onto Daehwi as they walked looking for Jinyoung. It was hard as beds were being moved around constantly.

"Ma'am, do you know someone that is named Bae Jinyoung?"

"Bae Jinyoung?"

"Yes."

"Ah, he was one of the first patients we taken care of, he's in one of the rooms down the halls. His name should be in display in the slots."

"Ah, thank you."

The person said thankfully as he glance back at Daehwi. He lead the way as Daehwi follows behind waiting impatiently to see Jinyoung. The person stopped as they saw Jinyoung's name, he turned to Daehwi and smile.

"Here's your place."

"Thank you, Mr..."

"Park, Park Woojin is the name."

"Ah, mines Lee Daehwi."

"I feel like we'll see each other again soon Daehwi, till then, see you later."

Woojin bidded then ran off to continue his business that he put on pause to help Daehwi. Daehwi took a deep breath before looking at the door and peaked through the window to see him still asleep. He opened the door slightly and walked in. He quietly made his way over to Jinyoung to notice the posture he's in while sleeping.

"That's right, you were hit from behind."

He mumbled as he remembered the scene from the rooftop. They were so close to escaping if that person didn't find them. Or what he thinks, himself being stuck on the rails about die from there. He sat down on the nearest chair in the room then stared out of space while Jinyoung waiting for him to wake up.

"D-Daehwi..."

He shook his head to glance at Jinyoung who was still asleep.

"You're safe right?"

He didn't answer knowing Jinyoung was sleep talking.

"I can't bear to see your corpse..."

"Don't know why, I've started to feel different..."

"It wasn't like this with Jihoonie..."
