"Wait!" Taehyung shouted back as he ran towards his room his eyes wildly looking around before spotting the thing he was looking for. He ran towards the chest as he opened it, "Almost forgot you." he mumbled as he took the item and stuffed it inside his pocket. The sound of the missiles outside and explosions were deafening, he could hear the screams of terror coming from the humans and the for the first time ever he felt bad for them.
"Taehyung what the fuck are you doing sitting there we have to leave now!" Namjoon shouted as he ran inside and grabbed his brother by the arm hoisting him up. "The rest are waiting, Yoongi can't hold the portal for too long he's very injured." the elder breathed out. The two ran downstairs and out to the back of their house where they could see Yoongi holding his arm up trying to keep the portal open.
"Get your asses inside now before those soldiers get here!" Yoongi shouted and then the sound of huge planes flew over their head. Namjoon widened his eyes noticing the mark on the plane, the mark that is feared by the rest of the world for a year now. "Shit!" Namjoon pulled Taehyung to the portal, "Wait! Where are we even going?" Taehyung asked in a panicked tone. Namjoon's face softened seeing the scared expression of his brother, he held his face with both of his hands.
"Listen Tae, we need to leave now okay? Don't worry the rest will be waiting for us, just go. Me and Yoongi hyung will follow behind." Namjoon said reassuringly to him before the boy nodded. Then the three of the froze, they looked at each other before cursing out. With one harsh push Taehyung fell back in the portal just in time as one of the missiles fell right above them. Yoongi and Namjoon used their vampire reflexes and jumped away avoiding the explosion.
"Damn it." Yoongi breathed out since he landed a few meters away from the damage. He then noticed Namjoon laying not far from him as well, "Namjoon!" he coughed out. Namjoon looked up when his brother called him, he held the side of his head and felt something wet dripping down.
"Hyung, c'mon we need to hide." Namjoon said while struggling to stand up. The ground shook and Yoongi could see two large tanks coming towards their rubble of a home along with dozens of soldiers. "They're here." Yoongi gritted out as the two brothers ran deep inside the forests hopping that they could lose the soldiers there.
"Fuck I can't walk." Yoongi breathed out in pain. Looking down Namjoon could see the dark red patch forming on the thigh of Yoongi's pants. "Hyung you're injured." he said with wide eyes. Trying to think of a way Namjoon quickly carried Yoongi on his back as his eyes glowed red and ran deeper inside the forest.
Meanwhile Taehyung fell into the portal when Namjoon pushed him just in time as he watched the portal closing up and saw the missile exploded on them. "NO!" Taehyung shouted since his brothers didn't get to escape along. He found himself laying on the ground with the rest of his brothers surrounding him.
"Tae where's Namjoon and Yoongi?" Jin asked as Jungkook helped the other one up, but instead of an answer Taehyung broke down into tears. The rest were confused on why he was crying before Hoseok gasped out as he teared up as well. "T-they didn't made it?" he asked and now they all fell into silence as the sound of Taehyung's cries is the only thing they could hear.
"N-no, they're still alive... I-I'm sure of it. Y-Yoongi and Namjoon hyung." Jimin's voice broke. "A m-missile fell on us... Namjoon h-hyung pushed me a-and..." he couldn't continue at the thought of his brothers gone while he survived. Jin was in disbelief at the news, two of their brothers are dead? "Hyungs we can't be out here, the army are spread all over the world we need to find somewhere to hide first." Jungkook said trying so hard to not cry.
Clearing his throat Jin looked at the rest of them, "Jungkook is right, we have to find somewhere to hide first. It won't take long before they get here as well." He said trying to be strong for his younger brothers. "Come on hyung." Jungkook said helping Taehyung as he couldn't stop crying. Jimin and Hoseok held each other's hands as they walked ahead as the eldest stayed behind. The sky got dark and it was starting to rain, he looked up hoping the rain could hide his tears he shed for Yoongi and Namjoon.
"I'll get them to safety."

Namjoon laid Yoongi down on the ground as they found themselves hiding inside a cave, Namjoon made sure there wasn't any bears or even any soldiers hiding inside because he doesn't want to kill anything... yet.
"I hate these humans." Yoongi grumbled wincing when he moved his leg. "It's the world war hyung, what do expect? The only thing that these humans could ever succeed on creating are hate on each other and war. And we somehow suffer from them." Namjoon said leaning against the cold cave wall. They both fell into silence and it was dark already. "Let's put on a fire." Yoongi said waving his hand in front of a pile of dead twigs and dried leaves. A beam of black energy came out from his palm as a purple and green fire lit up before them.
"Rest up hyung, we'll try opening a portal tomorrow. The rest are probably worried over us." Namjoon said.
It didn't took them too long before they fell asleep due to exhaustion from today's event.
