Scott got into the Jeep and started the engine, he was about to drive, but stopped when he saw Brett's sister Lori standing behind the Jeep. 

"Lori..." he said, got out of the Jeep and moved over to her. "I found this" Lori said and lifted up a broken lacross stick with blood on it. "It's Brett's and he's missing, and I heard gunshots" she said "How do you know this is blood?" Scott asked "Because he's my brother. It's mine, too" Lori said and Scott looked at the broken lacross stick.

Scott have called everyone and told them what happen. 

James was in Lydia's room putting on his jacket "I have to go with Scott, Liam and Malia to help Lori finding Brett" James said and looked at her.

"That's fine. I shall also meet with Corey and Mason at the school, so I can help with my speciel skills" Lydia said "Are you sure, that I shall not be with you?" James asked "I will be fine. It's okay" she said

"So no Banshee skill that are saying that if I go with them, it would end bad" he said "Some of the time it does end bad and if I tell the truth then I wouldn't want you to go, but they need all the help they can get and with your skills, it will help them better" she said and James moved closer to her "Are you sure?" he asked "I know that you really want to help Scott and the others and it's fine. Just promise me one thing" she said "Anything" he said "Promise me that you will come back to me alive" she said "I promise" he said and they rested their foreheads against each other "I wolf you" she said "I wolf you too" he said before they kissed.

Scott, Malia, Lori, Liam and James was in the woods. 

James was looking at an arrow that was stuck to a tree "Here" he said and pointed on the ground and Lori pick up Brett's phone that was laying on the ground. "I think he set a trap" James said "He's fighting back" Scott said "And now we know he's alive" Malia said. 

Lori moved over and pulled out the arrow from the tree "But he's still hurt. We need to find him, he needs to know we're here" Lori said and was about to roar but Malia stopped her "You want the hunter to know we're here, too?" she asked "He's new. We can take him" Liam said "What if Brett howls back? He'll lead the hunter right to him" Malia said "No, we could find him first. There's no human that can tracks sound faster than we can. And we've got the advantage, we've done this before. We know that we're doing, guys" Scott said "How come I can't catch his scent?" Malia asked "He's masking it" Lori said "Can someone tell him not to?" Malia said "He went this way" Liam said before he took off and Lori followed "His trap didn't work" Malia said "Maybe this hunter is not such an amateur" Scott said "Or maybe he's learning" James said.

"The trail's gone" Malia said as the group have went farther into the woods.

"Uh, maybe he just stopped bleeding" Scott said "God, I think we should split up. Lori and I go this way, you three go that way" Liam said and pointed in two different directions "Or maybe we go in five directions?" Lori said "We should stick together" James said and kneeled down next to Scott that was looking at some footprint.
