Chapter 5

It was quiet for a momment and i decided to leave that.

I quickly stoodt

"Im going to get ready" i spoke
Quickly and left. i entered out room and layed on my bed.

My head was filled with thoughts.

Why did we have to kiss!

Thats not what i want my first kiss with him to be known as

Why do i have feelings after nash said not to.

Hes perfect but he dosent have feelings for me.

Then the door opened breaking me away from my thoughts.

It was shawn. i stayed quiet.

"Hey you okay?" he asks sitting down in his bed.

"I guess" i say playing with my fingers.

"I hope you know i felt something with that kiss"he tells me walking towards my bed. i scooth over so he can lay.

"I did to" i speak slowly but meaningfully. he lays next to me and wraps his arm around me.

"I think your really beautiful and have a beautiful voice and your perfect" he tells me twirling my hair.i blush.

"Aww shawny! your beyond perfect" i tell him and he blushes.

"But your brother has rules that i promised" he states and i nodd

"I broke mine" i tell him.

"Same" he kisses my forehead.

We stayed silent until it was time for magcon.

We walked to the event awfully close and our fingers would hit into one another once in a while. but that was it. we were with everyone

Fans were entering the event and we were all backstage.

Soon the show began and they announced all our names.

It wad a sight to see posters holding up our names and screaming them.

After diffrent dance offs and all that it was time for me and shawn to sing.

'Welcome to the stage shawn mendes and lauren grier'

We both walked on the stage with our guitars and people were chanting shauren.

We sat next to each other.

Shown brought his facd to the microphone

"Im shawn and thats lauren and today were going to be singing impossible"

I glanced over and there stodd all the boys smilin at us. nash gave me the thumbs up and i winked.

We both began to strum. and started singing.

I felt alot of connection in this song.

It was about how people told us we coudlnt fall in love. so it dealt with our situation greatly.

Shawn was always glancing at me smiling and i was always looking back at me. there were so much phones out and people were very impressed.

Once the song ended shawn and i stood up and hugged he span me around and we exited the stage.

"you did amazing!" nash said running up to me hugging me. as well as everyone else.

Jack and jack went on and sang flights and distance. shawn and i went to the kitchen to get water.

"That was great!" he states swalloing water.

We both pull out phones and i check vine.

People were tagging us in vines of us singing.

I found one that i absoulte loved.

There was both of us singing and starring at one another and him spinning me.

The caption : the only people i will ever ship

What does ship mean.

"Shawn what does ship mean?" i ask and he laughs.

"Its when you like 2 people togther... why?" he asks laughing.

I showed him the vine and he smiled. i revined her.

"We are pretty cute arent we" he says winking and exiting the room. i stand there in a tranze from where he exited.
