Y/n went home with Seth that night, they dropped shoto off at his house and then they were off Seth was still worried about her though so he parked in a parking lot. "What are we doing here?" Seth sighed and took a deep breath before speaking "you know something about shoto that no one else knows, I can see it." Y/n shook her head in denial "you hesitated while hugging him, you started shaking, and you look genuinely scared of hi- is he abusive to you?" Seth sounded mad y/n shook her hands "no no! Nothing like that, I swear. We both know he wouldn't do that. It's just....he's worrying me, I think he killed the man from the news. Think about it, ice. Burns. FIRE AND ICE BRO!" Seth nodded, and sighed "I know, that's why I told him to take a vacation, we know it was him. But we can't do anything about it yet, so just don't be afraid of him because he did it out of love, he won't do it again. I hope" the two drove home and spent the night watching movies and picking on each other.

"Did you hear about the murder?" Shigaraki laughed historically "of course, and it was a UA student, he did it for his lady love which makes him stupid, so maybe he will join us" toga giggled "but how will that work?" Shigaraki sighed "he's dumb for even killing a person, but if we promise that girls safety then he will for sure join us" everyone nodded "let's go, no time to waste"

-todos pov-

I decided to go for a run, I can't get my mind off the fact that y/n might know what I did. I can't even sleep with the thought of losing her.

I started running down the street, I ran for awhile before I saw black smoke starting to form in front of me, I got ready to fight as many villains but only two came out with their hands up. It was some guy with a hand on his face and the other one I recognized to be the one katsuki pinned at the ground at the usj.

-no ones pov-

Shigaraki took the lead in speaking "we heard about what you did. And we know why" shoto started to shake a little, not from fear but from anger of the memory. "So what? You're trying to black mail me?" Shoto made ice form on his arm getting ready to fight "nope. Just here to make you a deal. That little girlfriend of yours is quirkless, right? Well if you join us, we'll make sure that she's safe at all times. And! We won't let anyone or anything come near her" shoto melted the ice and sighed he thought about it for a minute and then nodded.

-the next day-

Y/n was sleeping in a little late, but that wasn't unnatural, aizawa came into her room and sat at the end of the bed, he shook her slightly to wake her. "Hey guppy, wake up" y/n's eyes fluttered open as she sat up. "Hi Dad" aizawa looked down. "I have some news, shoto Todoroki left UA," y/n's heart dropped. "What why?" Aizawa sighed and held her hand "he joined the league of villains" y/n shook her head and held aizawas hand harder "he wouldn't do that! Maybe he just said that to get his dad off his back about being a hero, or he just didn't want to be a hero so he said that!" Aizawa sighed and shook his head "listen Hun. He's not allowed at the school anymore, for obvious reasons, but if he comes to your work, please call me" y/n had a tear roll down her face as she nodded, she hugged aizawa super tight as she sobbed into his shoulder.

Y/n's childhood friend, a villain? He has always wanted to have a family that was safe, and be a roll model for his kids. But now, he can't even show his face on the streets. 'this means, he really did kill that stalker' y/n jumped up and ran to the bathroom, she puked at the thought of the pictures she saw of the man. Aizawa came and held her hair back.

Y/n and Seth left the house a few hours later and went to the arcade, they played games to get their minds off of it, Seth was winning a lot, but y/n didn't care, she was just happy to be smiling.

"I'll win!" Y/n giggled at her brothers words "bet!" She started button mashing on her side of the game and she won but just by a hair. "Damnit!" Y/n laughed at her brothers words. "Let's get food" Seth nodded in agreement.

The two got food and decided to eat outside, they were talking and everything was going we, until the fire alarm went off in the building across the street. People fled the building and Seth got ready to jump in but the door shut and got blocked. There was a woman inside, she had her son with her. "Hold on I'll get you out!" The woman was crying and holding her child close to her. Y/n went to the side of the building and found an open door and ran inside, she found the woman and took her hand "follow me!" Seth's eyes widened and he started screaming "what are you doing!" Y/n looked at him and smiled, then she ran to the door and the little boy kept repeating something "my dino! My dino!" He was pointing to a dinosaur toy that was behind, the woman made it out of the building, but y/n went back and grabbed the dinosaur toy and as soon as she got to the door it collapsed, she was trapped. She ran back to the front door and started throwing thing at it to break it but it didn't break. Y/n started hitting with her fists, even pros were trying to get in. "Seth!" Y/n was crying now, it was getting harder to breathe, but right when she was about to give up the doors opened, she ran out and started gasping for air. "Woohoo! I'm alive" she put both her hands in the air before getting hit on the head, "what the hell is wrong with you! You could have died!" Y/n nodded knowing he was right, but she ran off to the woman and boy. Seth followed but stopped a few feet behind, "here's your dino" the little boy smiled and the woman hugged her "thank you. You really shouldn't have, but thank you. That toy was the last thing his father gave him before he passed away. Thank you" y/n smiled and nodded she walked back to Seth and hugged him. "Damnit y/-" he was cut off by y/n dropping to the ground, she was still covered in cinders "I .....can't....breathe" she passed out and Seth called over an ambulance, she was taken to the hospital, everything after that was a blurry image.
