The Contract

chapter three

Nathan POV

I stood there I swear if her eyes were to be daggers I'll probably be dead by now , I'll have to admit she's beautiful her dark , glowing skin and those pretty eyes and damn her lip , stood there cooing Graham , damn was he stubborn he never listens , she stood there acting all possessive like a mother hen and her chick .

" Who are you Mister?" her words bringing me back to reality .

"I should be asking you that "

She looked a little bit taken aback but then Immediately composed Herself

" Sure , and I'm supposed to believe that ? Who are you?" She questioned again but more sternly this time

" I'm Graham's dad"

She briefly looked at Graham and then back at me.

"Gray is that daddy ?". She said sweetly

Then he shook his head saying no

"Damn you Graham , stop it with this your drama and tautrums" I yelled  making him to cry louder  .

"Stop it" she whisper yelled at me before showering him with kisses "calm down sweety aunt Simi is here no one would harm you "

So her name's Simi.

Graham doesn't make anything easy for me , I need some fresh air

"Daddy are you going?" I heard his cute little voice say just as I was about to step outside .

" No I'll just be outside " I said turning to look at him briefly and I definitely didn't miss the look on simi's face it was blissful I laughed to myself.

Simi POV

"Gray why did you do that I made a complete fool of myself in front of daddy" I looked at Graham who was sitting down on the kitchen counter oblivious of what I was talking about , simply just sucking out of his juice bag

"Gray"I whisper yelled he looked up at me pouting "you have to apologise to daddy ok " he simply nodded and I smiled.

"Good afternoon sir " I said smiling awkwardly . Stupid nice way to start, he looked up at me with a dead expression without replying.

"I'm really sorry for what happened earlier , I'm very very very very very very very sorry" I blabbed

I looked at gray giving him a sign to apologise , he walked towards his dad, hugged and gave him a peck before cutely apologizing before running away to play in the garden just as I was about to go and stop him . Gray's dad stood up and walked towards me I subconsciously also took steps backwards until I met with a wall behind me .

He bent down until his face met with mine , gosh did he smell good .

"Simi , that's your name right?".

"Yes sir"

"It's Nathan"

"Yes si... Sorry Nathan "

"I'm very capable of taking good care of my son and my mother and if I needed help , I would have gotten one " he said sternly

Who the hell did he think he was to talk to me like that I felt like saying something but it felt like my tongue was tied this was definitely an awkward position he didn't move, he didn't seem ready to move , I silently pray for help

"Nate" we both turned to see Mrs Davis

He quickly moved away and went to meet his mom , she pinched my cheek lightly and thanked me before going in with her son and grandson after saying my goodbyes to my baby gray of course.
