"Alright that's the last one." Piccolo said as he held my sketchbook. In relief I quickly let go of Goku to find him have a nosebleed. I quickly blushed at this action. When I looked at his face, it was tomato red, his mouth was in the shape of squiggles and a wide gasp as he stared at me.
I just quickly grabbed my sketchbook from Piccolo and then went towards Goku.
"S-sorry about t-that G-Goku." I apologized between stutters.
"It's f-fine E-Erisu, I shouldn't have been so pushy about seeing your drawings." He answered as he scratched the back of his head nervously, his face still in a deep blush. Our moment was interrupted by a young Saiyan boy.
"Hi there I don't mean to interrupt, but are the three of you Saiyans?" The young boy with black hair I knew as Cabba asked. Me and Goku were still a bit love-shocked by what had just happened so I took this chance to get out of it.
"Yea, were saiyans, nice to meet ya I'm Erisu." I greeted as I answered his question. We saw Goku quickly snap out of his flustered state.
"Oh yea sorry about that, the names Goku and this over here is Vegeta." He introduced happily.
"Oh well I'm Cabba and it's nice to meet you too." He greeted politely.
"Why'd you ask anyway, would that mean there are saiyans still in your universe as well?" Vegeta simply asked.
"There still are, and I should know cause I am one." Cabba answered.
"You're kidding." Vegeta said shocked.
"Wow, That surely is shocking, but still look at Vegeta's shookith troll face, it's priceless." I said aloud as I began laughing. Cabba looked at me in confusion, Goku laughed at my comment, and Vegeta was in pure anger.
"Wait so, you're your a saiyan too?" Goku asked curiously as we all regained our composure and started to examine Cabba. We then noticed that he didn't have a tail.
"No tail huh, did you cut it off or did someone else do it?" Goku asked curiously.
"What do you mean a tail." He asked confused by Goku's comment.
"Actually your clothes do look familiar. The saiyans in our universe dressed that way in the old days back before Frieza enslaved us." Vegeta brought up getting a confused Cabba.
"Frieza, is that a person? Sorry I don't know what you're talking about. I've never heard that name before." Cabba replied as I saw Vegeta look towards the evil lizard I knew as Frost.
"What is the name of your home planet anyway?" Vegeta asked.
"Why Sadala of course." Cabba answered.
"That's weird, that was the name of our planet before we conquered Planet Vegeta." Vegeta explained shocked by Cabba's answers.
"Wait hold up, you conquered a planet, as in took over it with brute force." Cabba questioned.
"Well yeah that's what saiyans have always done." Vegeta answered.
"Not the saiyans of our universe, were hired to protect planets." Cabba answered. Before our conversation could continue,
"Come saiyans, the matches are about to start." Beerus interrupted.
"Alright were coming, well it was nice seeing ya." I answered causing a bit of pink to appear on Cabba's cheeks. For a second, I could've sworn that out of the corner of my eye I saw Goku make a pouty face in sign of jealousy. I know he probably didn't know I would pick up on it, but I did. I couldn't help but blush a bit by the idea of Goku being Jealous over a little friendly gesture. Wanting to make him feel better, I ran up to him, took his hand in mine and started to fly toward the contestant seating.
"Come on Goku, Vegeta, you heard Lord Beerus. It's time to start the tournament." I said as I grabbed both they're hands and started flying towards the contestant seating. I saw as Goku blushed a bit, well Vegeta just gave me an irritated look. I ignored him and kept flying till we were finally were everyone else on our team was.
"Okay, So who's gonna fight first?" Goku asked curiously.
"Speaking of that, Where is Buu." I asked a bit bewildered by him not being present.
"Oh my, it seems he's fallen asleep." Whis said, looking towards a sleeping Buu.
"Well once he falls asleep, there's no waking him up." Goku brought up.
"I swear that damn pink marshmallow, first he takes all my pudding. Now this." Beerus complained angrily.
"Now my Lord, we still have the strongest man in the universe to back up our team." Whis said sarcastically.
"Oh yeah I forgot Monaka was here." Goku exclaimed excitedly but before he could find out the truth Beerus said
" Alright fine, it's okay just decide by a quick rock-paper-scissors game already." Beerus suggested as we all got in a circle and did Rock Paper Scissors.
"Well I'm certainly done for." I commented as I got in position to play. As you know I failed first, putting me to fight second to last, then Vegeta lost, then Piccolo lost, and finally the victor wound up being Goku.
"Yay it looks like I'm up first." Goku cheered happily as he started to stretch.
"Now before we start the tournament, we shall sing the universal anthem." The referee shouted as a single light came on, a bird standing in the middle. I smiled at the gesture, but that quickly changed.
"Its a big universe and there's two." Was all the little bird sang. 'Seriously, how is that considered an anthem.' I thought as I facepalmed my face.
"Talk about bland." I commented.
"Yea no kidding, what was that a sentence." Vegeta agreed annoyed by the so called 'anthem.'
"Good luck Goku. You got this." I cheered as he smiled at me.
"Thanks Erisu. I won't let you down." He replied as he looked straight into my browny colored eyes. I felt as my heart skipped a beat at the sudden connection. I even saw that he himself had pink cheeks and that made my heartbeat pump even faster.
