RWBY/Dark Souls -Abused/ soul of cinder

The mistake

Soul as a kid liked to look at the fire seeing something in it some power but this soon faded. Years later he got to younger sisters at first it was fun but your parents started to play less attention to you over your sisters.
Soul is 10 - Yang is 8 and ruby is 5
Tai: come here you little shit . He yelled
Soul: yes sir.
Tai: didn't I tell you to clean the house when'd we were away
Soul : I'm sorry I didn't clean the house
Tai: clean the house from top to bottom or no food for the week!
Soul: yes sir.
Soul then started cleaning the dishes then yang came in to the kitchen and grabbed a plate at smash it on the ground and yell that Soul did it.
Yang : soul broke a plate !!!
Tai and summer get up to see what happened and see the broken plate
Summer: that's the third plate you broke this week
Soul: wasn't me it was Yang
Tai : don't you dare lie to me your always blaming her .
Soul: but
Summer: no buts you piece of shit you sleeping out side.
After that tai shoved you outside and said stay out there till you learn your lesson.
Soul went to the tree line to grab some sticks to start a fire to keep warm and starting the fire soul just look in the fire letting time pass by.
Later that week you were aloud back into the house but ruby started crying that you pushed/hurt her and took her cookie.
Tai : what did you do!
Soul : didn't do anything!
Ruby : he. Pushed my, hit me and took my cookies.
Soul: I did not do that.
Tai : you have lied to me for the last time !
Tai started beating soul with ruby,Yang and summer watching it but none were trying to help you. In tai blind rage he kicked soul out a window to the outside. There that camp fire that you made as still on.
Tai: let's see how you like when'd your hurt.
He pushes you as hard as possible sending you fly in to the fire. Soul screamed as the fire eated way his flesh his family was horrified at what just happened. Summer tried to save soul but when she grabbed his hand it became nothing but ash and cinders.
Tai just saw as he just kill his only son I broke a part of him summer who tried to save Soul saw has her baby became nothing but ash and cinders. Yang and ruby were crying at the lost of there big brother and stay they were sorry.
Tai quickly tried to put out the flame but it never once fails it's spark keeping it form distinguishing. Once they saw it was useless that gave up and took yang and ruby home they deeply regretted doing not but hurt soul but soul never quite died he be cane some thing else

Ruby POV
It's have bid a week after the death of soul I never thought I'll miss him so much I should have been a better sister then I look out side my window to the fire place that soul died at only to see the fire spinning in a body then I see it

Some thing just appeared next to the flame next to were soul died I went to tell mom and dad about this
Ruby: mooommm daaaaadd some body is next to we're soul died
That got the family to wake up and to see what she was taking about only to see a body makes in to cinders

Tai was the first to yell and it and ask what it wanted only of the being to stand and put it's hand it to the fire absorbing some thing that looked like a soul
Summer yelled soul name only of it to look back with hate in his eyes and walk away.
Summer rushed the being After seeing it was here son she tired to hug it from the back only to be sent fly back the the person. They soon see that that is soul and that then made him in to a monster
