I'm Yazz And I am Obsessed with Rusame for As long as I've entered this Fandom- so I'm practically doomed till I fall out but it wont be easy that's for sure-
My Headcanons will mainly be inspired by the PBWiki,Other people's Headcanons and History(Hardly cause I'm not the best at it nor am I good either-)
So have some American Headcanon that I can provide at the moment-
America(United States Of America)
Has one Black eye due to Pollution and lack of Traditions(Immigrants)
Sometimes I draw him with stars in his black eye floating around when I fell like it,So usually its pitch black or have a pupil only. (Some other country's may also have them depending on the seriousness of Corruption)
He changes personalities when he is using his sunglasses he feels much more confident but without he's a lot more softer

Depending on story,His biological Parents could either be France with Uk like usual or Native America.But sometimes because Spain practically went to America first before the other europeans I'll make America slightly hispanic-
But as Main His Biological Parents is Native America and Spanish Empire(or Spain)
