"Jesus Rich, you don't remember a line from your own show?"

"I don't write my own material."

As soon as they hit the air of Derry, Beverly grabbed for her phone.

"Mike, do you have Stanley's number?" the red-headed woman's voice was shaky. Nobody knew that she had seen all the possible ways that this could end.

Mike seemed shaken too, "uh yeah yeah."

With speed, Beverly dialed Stanley's number, only getting his wife on the other line. Richie wasn't paying attention. His eyes kept taking themselves over to the sports car parked not too far away. He was hoping she was asleep, this type of stress wasn't very healthy for the baby.

All he really heard from the redhead was the word, "bathtub."

Richie's eyes shot up to the woman's, their eyes connected in an instant, "What happened to Stanley Bev?"

That same question was playing on everybody's mind. But Richie was the one to talk.

Beverly sat on the edge of the gutter, her eyes not drawing away from the place they laid, fear and shock were covering her face, "he's dead."

Eddie's mind said that he had to leave the town.

Richie's mind said that he had to get his wife out of the town.

Richie started stomping away, clicking at the unlock button of the car keys rapidly.

"R-r-richie where are yo-you going?"

"Home!" rage was rushing through his veins as he turned and spat venomous words at his old leader, "my pregnant wife could die for this! I am not letting two things that are the most important to me go!" his eyes turned to Mike, the man's eyes begging and pleading, "you should have told us this before, dude! Yeah, the first words out of your mouth should have been like 'hey man, do you wanna come to Derry and get murdered?' Cause I would have said no!"

No words could have stopped him. As he climbed into the car and slammed the driver's door shut, he looked over at Lola. Her head rested against the passenger car door, mouth slightly open as short breaths pulled through it. Her eyes closed. Her hands held the small bump in her stomach, a mother's protection.

Richie reached over a hand, rubbing her thigh gently, "I'm sorry, princess. I'm so sorry."

The Toziers left within a minute or so.

It was so quiet in the townhouse. Just the stomping of feet up the stairs and the clanging of glasses in the bar. Lola looked around the main entrance. It hadn't changed from when she and Richie had gone there for "a night of privacy". She never liked it in the shared house. Lola thought it was creepy and mysterious, a perfect place for a killer clown to strike. Richie and Eddie raced up the stairs, rushing to grab their bags. Beverly and Ben both went into the bar, Ben trying to get as much information out of Bev as possible. She was hiding something. Lola knew it. A pain ran through her, her stomach being the main point. She waddled over to one of the chairs in the seating area, just in time for her husband to rush back down the chairs, carrying both of their bags in hand.
