December
"It's about to be the new year in like ten seconds and I don't see a better time to do this. Will you be my girlfriend?"
Johnny and I have been "dating" for the past few months. We've hung out a lot, kissed a lot, and we've hooked up a lot. I genuinely really like him but I'm just scared that I'm going to get cheated on again.
"Yes" i smiled
He pulled me into a hug and I felt so comfortable in the moment.
We heard the people around us start to count down from 3 and we pulled away from the hug. He kept his arm around my waist as I kept both my arms around his torso.
When the clock hit 12 am we both turned to each other, said happy new year, and without any further thought we had our New Years kiss.
Johnny was half a foot taller than me meaning he had to lean down a lot. He was 6'2 I'd say and I was 5'7 so you could only imagine.
"I couldn't imagine a better moment to be with you" he said
"Don't be so cheesy" I laughed slightly slapping his chest.
He chuckled and leaned in to kiss again.
We headed back to my apartment at 2 am but the night wasn't over for us yet. Let's just say there were clothes all over the floor by the time we went to sleep.
We both woke up around the same time and I was so comfortable so I just stayed in bed.
Johnny was caressing my shoulder so I turned my body to face him. He smiled when he turned and pecked my lips. He then moved his hand down to my waist and caressed my waist.
"You're eyes are hazel today" he pointed out "Are you happy?" He asked with a grin on his lips.
What I discovered when I was dating Daniel is that my eyes only turn hazel when I'm happy and Johnny picked up on that.
I nodded with a smile as I dug my face into his bare chest.
"You're so cute" he said kissing the top of my head.
"You're my girl now" he announced, poking my side.
I giggled and squirmed as I felt the ticklish feeling. "Yes I am" I mumbled into his chest.
I took a deep breath into his chest. His scent filling my nostrils made me smile. "Why do you like smelling me?" He laughed.
"Because you smell so good" I groaned
"So do you, but you don't find me sniffing you everyday" he laughed causing me to laugh as well.
I'd say an hour has passed and we're still in bed talking about nonsense. Neither of us have made an effort to get up and ready for the day or to even put any item of clothing on.
"How do you smell like strawberries and vanilla when you wake up?" He questioned.
He pulled me by my waist closing the space between us. He put his face in my neck and took a deep breath before he began to tickle me.
"Stopp" I exclaimed in a fit of laughter "ahhh your dick is on my thighhh"
Johnny chuckled and let go of me and got out of bed to go shower.
"What if we just stayed in bed all day" I suggested
"What if I make breakfast and then we go to the skate park" Johnny suggested
"I like that better" i smiled "maybe after we shower though" I chuckled
"Good idea" he said booping my nose.
Johnny made French toast as I showered, and when I was done getting ready the French roast was ready.
"I'll forever love your French toast" I said as I took a bite.
When we finished eating, Johnny went to get ready as I waited for him on the couch. We rode our boards to the skatepark, which wasn't far. It was a good day to skate since it was cold.
About two hours later we were sitting down on the grass, taking a break when I heard someone call my name.
"Kristen" i heard a guys voice call from behind me.
I turned around and saw the one and only, Jack Avery.
I smiled as I got up and ran into his arms.
"Jack, you have no idea how much I missed you" I said as I put my head on his shoulder.
"Same here, Johnson" he said as he rubbed my back
"After a few seconds of us just hugging, Johnny says something.
"Um, whats going on?" He asks in genuine confusion.
"Johnny, this is Jack. He was one of my best friends this last year and a half, but I stopped talking to him and my other friends when I broke up with my ex" I awkwardly chuckled.
"Hey" they both waved to each other.
"How come you haven't come over, we haven't seen you in so long" Jack asked. "We miss you. Especially Daniel, he took the breakup rough"
"He's a little bitch that's what he is. Cause I should be the one heartbroken, not him." I rolled my eyes
"I mean he loved you so I don't really see why he shouldn't be heartbroken" Jack shyly said
"Did he even tell you why we broke up?" I asked
"Yeah, he said you wanted to focus on school for now" Jack said starting to question himself.
"Yeah right. He fucking cheated on me, Jack. The girls found him making out with a girl the week after I left tour." I laughed
"Oh shit. Why the fuck would he do that? I'm gonna talk to him when I see him later" Jack said, suddenly mad.
"But besides that. Are you guys gonna be here for a while?" He asked
"Yeah probably another hour" Johnny said.
"Alright cool, ill be with you guys until you leave" he chuckled. As we made our way back to the park Jack decided to be a little nosey, as he saw Johnnys arm around my neck. But before Jack was able to say anything, Johnny ran, hoped on his board and went back into the pool.
"So are you guys like a thing or..." Jack asked smiling. I watched Johnny skate around the pool for a few seconds before I answered. "As of last night, yes" I smiled.
"Aw how cute. How'd you guys meet?" He asked
"It was September 20th and I was tired of crying over Daniel" I chuckled "so I went to a frat party and he called me over and we got cross faded and we hooked up but then he asked for my number when he dropped me off at my place and that all lead to us being here" I said all in one breathe.
"Well that's a story to tell your kids" Jack laughed.
We began skating until Gabbie called Jack asking where he was and he decided to head back to his place.
We decided to head back as well and once again, shit got freaky.
🤍
Happy quarantine guys! Stay safe and stay indoors!
