( Richie P.O.V ) 

                                          * Its about noon *

Were waiting for Eddie at the clubhouse. He said he was gonna be late. I, of course have the hammock. Eddie finally comes down into the clubhouse.

'' Hey Eds! Glad you could make it! '' Eddie didn't look to happy.

" H-hey whats wrong Eddie? " Eddie didn't reply. 

' Eddie? ' Bev said.

'' Eds c'mon, you seem down. Whats the problem? ''Eddie looked at me, and he looked like he was about to break down. We all walked over to Eddie, but we still gave him room. Eddie gave a crooked smile.

' I'm fine-- I'm just tired. ' You wouldn't break down if you were tired. Maybe I don't know how Eddie is when he's super tired.

'' I still get the hammock '' I ran over there and sat in the hammock. Eddie gave me an angry look. I stuck my tongue out. He just sat on my legs. 

'' Ow you f**k. '' He smiled the crooked smile again. 

' Sharing is caring. ' I flipped him off.

' Hey don't start a fight while your in there. ' Bev laughed.

'' Why would we fight. '' I looked at her.

Bev looked at the others. They all grinned. 

' Well you fought like a old couple last time. The movie theater must've been nice too ' Eddie and I both blushed. Looking at the ground. They laughed. 

'' Y-yeah Eddie was having a g-g-g-good nap on your shoulder. " I shot him a look. He put his hands up. 

" Cant w-w-wait to see w-what happens next time. " 

Eddie started snIFFING. 

' T-t-there wont be a next time. '  He sniffed.

'' What do you mean? '' Eddie looked at me.

' I'll tell you all later- I don't want to give you all a bad time right now. ' I looked at him, I frowned.

' Well we had a plan. We could go jump into the water again. ' Bev and Ben said in unison. 

'' Oo good idea! '' I smiled.  

                           * At the uh-- diving place from the movie *

'' Lets spit over the cliff edge again. '' I looked at the others. 

We went in this order. Me, Ben, Mike ( yes he's here all of a sudden), Stan( hi), Bill, Bev, Eddie.

Of course Eddie had a wimpy shot. I laughed. Bill pushed me in, I wasn't even ready, so I screamed. 

'' HOLY SH- '' splash- 

Eddie laughed, coming in after everyone else. Splash, splash, splash and so on. I laughed as I sat on a rock. Eddie smiled at me. Bill, Bev, And Ben are all playing around. Stan and Mike and just bystanders. I splash over to Eddie, holding him under for a bit. He slapped me a bit as I held him underwater. I let him out, he instantly splashed me. 

Its about this for the whole time. 

                            * Its starting to get dark. * 

We are already out of the water, sitting infront of the icecream place finishing off icecream. 

' So what was it you needed to tell us Eddie. ' Stan blurted.

' Oh yeah... ' He sighed

'' Yeah it seemed to bother you earlier. '' Eddie looked at me, starting to sniff. 

' My mom said today was my last day hanging out with you guys, ever. She says your too dangerous, I argued but she just got angry and sent me to my room. I tried. I tried to tell her that you guys were okay. ' He broke down. 

'' Eddie-- '' Eddie got up, He looked at us, looked at the time. He let out a sigh. 

' I'm sorry-- I have to go... I'll miss you guys ' We all look at him sadly.

Ben and Stan say something, ' Your mom suc ks -- ' 

I crack a joke, even though its the worst time, '' No she swallows. '' 

Eddie shot me a look, and then hugged me and cried into my shoulder for a bit. I even sniffed a bit. I watched him get back on his bike, and bike off. 

I watched as the others leave, Bev stayed a bit. 

' Man that must suck, Your crush just got banned from ever being near us again. ' I looked at her.

'' How did-- -What-- '' 

' Its kinda obvious. At least for me, don't worry. I wont tell. ' She winked. I looked panicked, and then smiled.

'' I just hope that ban wont last forever.. '' I sniffed. Bev gave me a quick hug, patting my back and then walking away. I get on my bike and bike home.

" Dear whats wrong?? " My mom asked me right as I get home. I hug her and hold in my tears, for as long as I could.

'' Eddie is banned from seeing us--- '' I sniff, I feel the heat of the tears.  My mom squeezed me tight. 

It felt like a hour of me crying into my moms shoulder, but it was only about 10 minutes. I go up to my room and lay in bed. I try sleeping. Its pretty hard to sleep. Its about a hour before I actually fall asleep. 

 I dream of seeing Eddie again. I know I'll wake up knowing I'll only see him by coincidence in public. 

                      I wake up.

Tears streaming.
