Once the men were in the chapel Jax banged the gavel to gain their attention. "Alright, Quinn and Chibs what is going on?" Chibs nodded at Quinn to go first, "Elayna and I were at the diner this morning and in walked Jacob Hale. Elayna went pale and was scared outta her mind. We left and came back her where she told Chibs and I about her mother and Hale. Apparently he asked Mary if she would give her Elayna as a new toy. She said she would think about it but when he went to leave he cornered her and told that he always gets what he wants. A couple days later, right before she came Hale came to her house and tried to rape her in the kitchen. Thankfully George showed up and stopped him." After he was done the room was quite for a couple seconds before everyone started yelling at once. Jax banged the gavel hard and yelled till everyone was listening. "Alright look, we have to be smart about this. Hale is a big part of the community and we can't just go out and kill him. Does anyone have ideas?" Tig popped off an answer first, "Follow him, find out what he does, where he goes get something on him that we can use." Quinn thought about it and nodded along with the rest of the men. After talking a little more they left chapel with a plan.
Walking out they saw Elayna sitting at the bar talking to Unser and she looked extremely pissed. Quinn walked over with Chibs, "What's the problem Unser?" "I am here to serve papers to Elayna from Mary." Chibs looks angrily at Unser and askes "What for?" Elayna hands the papers to her father, "She is contesting that I am mentally unstable and unable to care for myself and should be put under her custody and care." By the time she was done everyone looked outraged, Quinn wrapped his arms around Elayna holding her tight. Looking at Jax he told him "Get ahold of Lowen and tell her we need to meet ASAP." Nodding Jax backed away to make the call, while Elayna looked at Juice. "Juice, I need you to do me a favor." "Ok, what's that?" "That women always hated me and never even wanted me in the first place and now she is fighting to get me back, there has to be a reason and I need to find it." Nodding Juice left to his computer to get to work as Jax came back. "She will be here in a couple hours, she is looking into the case and will bring what she can find." Quinn kissed Elayna softly then smiled at her, "Don't worry babe, this bitch is going down!"
